Excellent customer service! I had a damaged tire and rim and Embassy Tire was the only place that would help me, I had taken my car to several other tire shops and was turned away. Jr stepped up and helped me get back on the road safely. Thank you Jr. You definitely went above and beyond.

Bought new tires for my Toyota Celica in June. Went to all the big name tire shops. Big-O tires, Jack Ferrier, Discount tire. Went to Embassy Tire. Got the best price for 4 Accelera Eco Plush tires. Embassy Tire beat all quotes. Will definitely be returning for their great service and price. Thank you, Embassy Tire!!!

This is no longer a Soccer Mom car- It's a 'Git outa Town and go ANYWHERE Truck!'

I GOT A NEW CAR!!! Haha! It's the same one, but now it's a Truck. Amazing what a decent set of tires can make. After all of my hours of research online and the 5 hours spent with Sam and His Boss learning what would be the best for my car based on Need/Want ( I have always put AT's on my vehicles for the better traction and Safety they provide and I prefer White lettering out). Sam came up with these. I wanted AT 225/70 R15 even though Honda reccomends a 205. Sam, physically showed me why I can't put 225 on, but I can do 215. Then with searching, there are only 3 companies that make 215 70's, which they've all discontinued. So in case of future hazard need I couldn't replace them. Also only 1 Company had the white lettering. Sam's Boss explained why a 75 would be better, but I wasn't getting it. I wasn't sure if I really wanted the extra height in the wheel well that a 75 would do, but again Sam physically showed me there wouldn't be any clearance/rubbing problem. I ordered a set of 5. Today I went back to have my tires installed expecting blackwall. Sam surprised me with the whitewall and the company they're from won't be discontinuing. So Sam was doing some work for me behind the scene.... Sam ALSO got me financing to where I walked out today with no Money Down. This Sam Guy is starting to sound pretty Amazing now, Huh?! Please keep in mind I wasn't Sams sole focus. He has calls, co-workers and other customers in the store and nobody was put on hold or have to wait for his attention. NOW You can say he's Amazing! The very first difference I noticed with these tires as compared to the Highway/Touring tires that were taken off was- The height! I bought this car for the very reason it sit's higher than a regular car. I have a real bad spine and knees so I need the higher profile for entry and exit and I really didn't need a Truck again. I Digress... It was higher and even easier for me to get into! Way to go Sam! You know your S**t! Upon leaving, the first thing that happenend was I had to make a very fast left turn into traffic. These tires did not spin or slip the way the Highway tires do when you release the clutch and turn that quickly. Next up was the ride home. I turned down the music so I could hear how noisy these tires are compared to the Touring. No noise, especially as compared to how loud the Touring were. For all who have driven Tucson's street's you know how they are so full of cracks and potholes and how the ride is always rough. NOT with these tires! Smooth ride and the extreme grip when dodging potholes! The car went exactly where I wanted it to! So I tell You, when You need new tires, or not, ( I didn't need new tires, I just wanted my AT's) EMBASSY TIRE & WHEEL is THE ONLY place you need to go! These Guys work WITH You and most Importantly, Educate You, so like me, You can make a completely comfortable Informed Decision.

Embassy marked the yellow where the tire was leaking. As you can see the side of the tire has been cut. Pictures taken at Big O

They made everything easy and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. Ramon especially stood out with his customer service, he was kind, funny, and made the whole experience much more comfortable. I'm sometimes hesitant about going to mechanic shops, but this location has such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, even when they're busy. I would definitely recommend this Discount Tire location and their team to anyone who needs tire service!

Long story, if you can take it. I have been buying tires…read morefrom Discount Tires ever since I discovered them in Tucson. Since then, I have bought from Discount Tires in at least three cities, since I travel too much. A total of well over 50 tires, on over a dozen cars by actual count. All B.F. Goodrich KO tires, since I live on a dirt road, and need the extra protections on the sidewalls. Any time I have bought a car, I have gone straight to Discount Tires to put on a new set. Expensive, but if you've ever changed a tire on a dirt road in southern Arizona in the summer, you will understand. Discount Tires offers a pretty good guarantee, which I have used more than once. Good stuff. At least until yesterday, when I ran into a brick wall at the store where I have bought the most tires. I got a slow leak in one of my front tires, so I took my Subaru in to my favorite store to get it repaired. They advertise that they will fix flats whether you bought it from them, or not. Slam dunk, since I actually bought the tire from them anyway, right? Wrong. Alex went on out to my car when I brought it in at the appointed time, and looked at all the tires on my car, and reported that he could not fix the flat on my front tire, because one of the rear tires is 11 years old. Huh? What does that have to do with the front tire, I asked? Well, it turns out that company policy, according to Discount Tires, is that they will not work on a car that has an old tire. Not work on the tire, the whole car. Doesn't matter if they sold the tire in question, all the tires on the car, or none of them. Company policy. I whined that I had been a great Discount Tires customer for decades, always bought the high-dollar tires, blah blah. No dice. He hands me back the keys, shows me the door. Now, you may ask why I have such an old tire on my car to begin with. Well, the tread is not only not worn out, but it matches perfectly the wear on the rest of the tires on the car. If you have ever owned a Subaru, you know what this means. If your tires are mismatched in the tread, you will toast your transmission eventually. Really. Ask friends who drive Subarus. So, if I replaced the old tire, I would have to buy four BFG tires, for well over a thousand bucks. Rather not, if I don't have to. The old tire has about half the tread, has no cracks, has been watched carefully over the years, but its old. End of story. No more Discount Tires for me. I don't believe in dealing with businesses that have secret rules to screw you out of your money. As they say, your mileage may vary. Good luck. Miller McPherson Tucson

I looked for the nearest auto shop and thankfully this one was only about 30 yards away. It was a Friday afternoon and the shop was busy, but seeing that I was from out of town and on my way home with a wife and 3 very young kids they said they would try their best to get us on road so we wouldn't have to spend the night in a hotel. The manager, Bryan, and asst. mgr, Eric, stayed past closing with one of the mechanics trying to figure out why the car wasn't running after fixing the obvious problems. After some time they told us that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to get it solved that evening but would have to keep looking at it the next morning and we'd need to spend the night in a hotel. Bryan called a hotel for us to make a reservation. It happened to be the one I would have chosen myself (I was already looking on my phone in the event that we had to stay the night, and didn't want to be "recommended" a hotel that was more than I was willing to pay). Then he and Eric told us we could grab whatever we needed from the car, and put our 3 car seats in their vehicles and they would drive the 5 of us over to the hotel themselves! Not your typical customer service (I was just thinking about the logistics of getting our kids and car seats into an Uber ...). When we got to the hotel Bryan came in with us just to check at the front desk and ensure they had the reservation he made for us over the phone, which they did. Then they told us that we could leave the kids' car seats in their vehicles and they'd come pick us up the following day! The next morning Bryan called to let me know that on further inspection the electrical problem in the van did appear to ruin one of the computers and so the computer would have to be replaced. Unfortunately, while they could replace the computer in their shop, they don't have the capability there to reprogram it. So, he made a few calls trying to find a place that would have the equipment AND be able to fit us in before they closed. Keep in mind this is Saturday morning--just about the worst/busiest time to try to get something fixed. He said he did find a shop that he's worked with before that could squeeze us in, so our van would be towed over there. To make a long story short, our car was eventually fixed and running Saturday afternoon, so they came and picked us up again and we were able to go home that evening. Our van took up a bunch of their mechanics' hours and it took some logistics on their part in working with the other shop to get it running before the end of the day Saturday. Bryan and Eric (as well as the mechanics) were extremely helpful to us and doing all that they could to get our family back on the road as quickly as they could. Being from out of town (and being the weekend), they could have easily taken advantage of our situation and charged us way more than they did (after all, what other options did we have??). But instead, they were very sympathetic, went way beyond any normal expectation of "good customer service" (who calls hotels to make arrangements for their customers and then drives them with their kids in car seats in their personal vehicles?) and gave great rates to help minimize our cost with all that was needed on our van. Even after we were on our way home, Bryan called me just to ensure that everything was working properly and there were no problems. I can also say, in response to some of the negative reviews, I purchased 2 tires here and what they charged me for those after tax and everything, was about $40 LESS than the total would have been at Discount Tire (that's NOT including Discount Tire's road hazard certificates). All in all I was very impressed with their service as well as their rates and would highly recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I won't need their help in the future, but if my car breaks down in Tucson ever again they'll have my business!
