I would not recommend this place. They will make your vehicle worse then what it was before you go in. They had my vehicle from 8:30a.m. until 6p.m. and then I had to return the next day just to spend another 9a.m. to noon there and my bolts where loose and my steering wheel was up sidedown. The owner did not care and stated that he didn't care what I said.The job was suppose to be 4.7 hours And I was over charged with the clicking sound not I have never heard from my vehicle. God closed one of their shops but he can close all of their shops if they keep on doing the devils work. If I could I would not even give them a one start. read more

*If you're a woman, do not go here. They will take advantage of you* I won a $200 gift certificate from the radio this summer, so I decided to finally cash it in. I scheduled an oil change and a fuel injector cleaning, which should have a cost of around $200-$210. I sent my wife to get the car worked on and thought that she would be in and out in no time. Nope. Do you know how you hear of mechanics taking advantage of young women? Well, that's precisely what these folks did. They told my wife that the tires in our car were getting ready to explode (I just purchased them last year. There was nothing the matter with them). They also told her that the CV joint was shot and leaking oil and a hazed (Again, they have dramatized the situation), AND then they put the wrong oil in the car. What was supposed to be a pretty cheap trip to the mechanic ended up costing $1,000. Now, I have partially blamed my wife because she didn't call me before having them work on the car, but I 100% blame the mechanics at this place for taking advantage of a woman. And again, THEY PUT THE WRONG OIL IN THE CAR! Like not only did they make my wife get all new tires and a new CV joint, the main thing that they're were supposed to do is replace the oil with full synthetic and put in a new oil filter, but they put the wrong oil in the car. After my wife showed me the bill, I saw that they had done all that work and still put in the wrong oil, so I called back and requested that they do another oil change with the correct oil this time. I went back the next day, and while they were going to do the oil change, I noticed that they did not grab a new oil filter. I spoke with the mechanic, and he planned on keeping the old filter WITH THE WRONG OIL in the car and then just partially replacing some of the oil with the full synthetic. If I hadn't told him to replace the oil filter, they would allow my car to have two different types of oil in it. Just to recap, they charge $1,000 worth of things on the car that was not needed and then messed up a simple oil change. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. They should be ashamed of running such a bad business practice and taking advantage of women. I honest to god wish I had never won this $200 gift certificate from the radio. I GOT A NEW CAR!!! Haha! It's the same one, but now it's a Truck. Amazing what a decent set of tires can make. After all of my hours of research online and the 5 hours spent with Sam and His Boss learning what would be the best for my car based on Need/Want ( I have always put AT's on my vehicles for the better traction and Safety they provide and I prefer White lettering out). Sam came up with these. I wanted AT 225/70 R15 even though Honda reccomends a 205. Sam, physically showed me why I can't put 225 on, but I can do 215. Then with searching, there are only 3 companies that make 215 70's, which they've all discontinued. So in case of future hazard need I couldn't replace them. Also only 1 Company had the white lettering. Sam's Boss explained why a 75 would be better, but I wasn't getting it. I wasn't sure if I really wanted the extra height in the wheel well that a 75 would do, but again Sam physically showed me there wouldn't be any clearance/rubbing problem. I ordered a set of 5. Today I went back to have my tires installed expecting blackwall. Sam surprised me with the whitewall and the company they're from won't be discontinuing. So Sam was doing some work for me behind the scene.... Sam ALSO got me financing to where I walked out today with no Money Down. This Sam Guy is starting to sound pretty Amazing now, Huh?! Please keep in mind I wasn't Sams sole focus. He has calls, co-workers and other customers in the store and nobody was put on hold or have to wait for his attention. NOW You can say he's Amazing! The very first difference I noticed with these tires as compared to the Highway/Touring tires that were taken off was- The height! I bought this car for the very reason it sit's higher than a regular car. I have a real bad spine and knees so I need the higher profile for entry and exit and I really didn't need a Truck again. I Digress... It was higher and even easier for me to get into! Way to go Sam! You know your S**t! Upon leaving, the first thing that happenend was I had to make a very fast left turn into traffic. These tires did not spin or slip the way the Highway tires do when you release the clutch and turn that quickly. Next up was the ride home. I turned down the music so I could hear how noisy these tires are compared to the Touring. No noise, especially as compared to how loud the Touring were. For all who have driven Tucson's street's you know how they are so full of cracks and potholes and how the ride is always rough. NOT with these tires! Smooth ride and the extreme grip when dodging potholes! The car went exactly where I wanted it to! So I tell You, when You need new tires, or not, ( I didn't need new tires, I just wanted my AT's) EMBASSY TIRE & WHEEL is THE ONLY place you need to go! I had previously bought new tires at Big O. I picked up a nail and Embassy prince rd is just down the street. I stopped in to get my tire repaired. I noticed after a week it was low on air and thinking maybe the cold weather had affected the tire. Put air and a week later it was low again. I went back to Embassy tire and told them the patch was leaking. They said something about beading and the owner kept saying all we did was beading. Well that was not true they had taken the tire off and fixed a flat. They wrote a letter to Big O stating I needed a new tire. They also encouraged me to claim warranty. Big O took off my tire and found they had cut the sidewall where the tire beading is put and it was not a manufacture defect. Be known these tires were new and had less than 2.000 miles on them. When I went and spoke with owner he wanted to give me a quote to replace my tire after his shop damaged it beyond repair. Of course I was angry at the gull of him. I called back on Christmas eve after he said he would look into it and it would take awhile , I was hung up on and Now there is a pending case in small claims court against them. They will be served when my new tire is put on by big o and I have a receipt. read more

I went to Embassy Tire to get my door lock fixed. While there, I also had them do an an inspection of my car. I didn't need much except for an oil change and to get my wipers replaced. Sam helped me. He was super quick getting my car fixed; I waited while he worked on it. Everyone at Embassy is professional and friendly. They are also honest. Went in for an OIL CHANGE and left with a SABOTAGED VEHICLE! After leaving, about 5 miles up the street my engine was banging. Took it to my normal mechanic & he pulled carbon out of the oil pick up, and they also didn't install the new oil filter correctly. I brought this up to their 'manager' on duty, and was berated and told if I didn't like their service, to not come back. I believe they need to stick to tires & tires only. DO NOT LET THEM UNDER YOUR HOOD, you WILL leave with another problem. On the plus side : They get you in and out very quickly & have decent prices. But then again... I can get things done cheep and quickly too if I do it half-assed. Stick to what you know guys. Leave the under-the-hood fixes to the mechanics who know what they're doing. read more

Took my truck to have tires installed. They advertise that they install lift kits on truck so would think this would be an easy task. Was told that I would be charged extra because-they needed to "REMOVE THE SAFETY GUARD" to balance my 35" tires? For a place that advertise the installation of lift kits you would think they would have the proper machines to balance tire. This is a common size tire for a 6" lift. Wouldn't recommend having my vehicle worked in that could endanger personnel. read more

SHADY WORKMANSHIP at best! I spent around $5000, for a lift kit, 5 new tires, 5 new rims, nerf bars, and installation, at Embassy Tire & Wheel. Before my first tire rotation, I brought the truck back to Embassy Tire and Wheel, to inform Marco(owner) that my front passenger tire is having serious uneven wear. Marco, brushed me off & told me to keep the tires rotated everytime I change my oil...LOL. I took his advise, and they rotated my tires. When I got the truck back, none of my tires registered in my truck's tire page. They didn't flash my tire sensors(part of the rotation job). Months later, during a service and tire rotation at Firestone, I was informed that lift kit parts were "missing" from my front end. Firestone recommended that I immediately bring the truck back to Embassy Tire & Wheel for re-work. It took Embassy Tire & Wheel 6 days to correct their error, and dammage, caused by the orrigional lift-kit installation. Marco, Embassy's owner, tried placing blame on the lift kit manufacturer...the typical "blame game bull-butter." Marco had my truck delivered to my wife, at her employer, after he said the truck was "propperly put together." Within 1 hour, my wife returned home with a flat driver's side front tire, and two wire harnesses were dangling unsecured by my break calipers. This type of workmanship is unbelievable, shotty, & a major inconvenience at best! I'm totally disappointed with Marco & Embassy Tire and Wheel. They don't care about the people inside the vehicles they work on. Marco & his employees at Embassy Tire and Wheel could care less for their customers' safety, just more work, MORE MONEY. You're "rolling dice" taking a vehicle to Embassy Tire & Wheel. Be very careful here!!! Hey Marco, I suggest taking "Tire & Wheel" off your business's name. Just keep it Embassy? Thanks for sending my wife home with a flat tire, after 6 days with my truck, buddy! My wife and I are now on "DAY 7" trying to Fix Embassy Tire and Wheel's short-commings. Poor customer service, they rescheduled my interlock appointment & then boosted my rent because I couldn't make their appointment last minute. Also their own representative said that their device rent is $65, meanwhile I am being charged $90 & $130 for being 4 days late, even though I went in the day after my appointment & was told that I would have to wait for 4 days. My previous interlock company is still being charged for my profile, & I was informed chances are this company is pocketing my money because my profile has not been transferred out. I am taking this to corporate & the better business bureau. read more

Terrible attitude and customer service - asked them about a problem I was having with my vehicle after a service they completed (not to blame them but to ask them to 1) double-check their work and 2) find what my real problem was, which might have led to bringing them more business) I was told, with sarcasm and mockery, that they don't need to check my vehicle to know that the service was completed 100% correctly since they have been doing this for years. I told the salesperson several times that while I was happy he was so confident in his employees, that I would appreciate them checking it out, and that I didn't think he could GUARANTEE that the job was done 100% correctly without again reviewing the work...the guy on the phone wasn't even the guy who completed the install, so to ASSURE me that there was no problem without so much as seeing the vehicle was definitely not appropriate. When asked if he could really do that he said that he in no way, shape or form needed or wanted to see the vehicle to know it was properly completed. *****Which after reading past reviews it is apparent that this has been their gravely damaged work ethic as far back as 2013. So, if they have been doing tires for years and a customer calls with questions about a torque check or problems with a valve stem, are they going to be told that the vehicle does not need to be checked because they are experts and know, without confirming, that the service was done correctly so, please, take your problems somewhere else? A different guy I think was one of the owners called me after my second phone conversation with their salesperson to tell me that they would check out my car if I still wanted it, but he ended the call with the same attitude as his employees after I said that thank you, but I've already arranged for another shop to check out my car. And he called only AFTER I asked for the phone number of somebody above this individual shop location to speak with to resolve problem. These guys do not take responsibility for their services and cannot be trusted. All current and future customers be forewarned, you can tell from all the precautionary signs plastered over their office and shop that they are not about customer service, and are willing to fight with customers to prove an invalid point. read more

I was forced to cross paths with Embassy not by choice but because they're the 3rd party servicer to the interlock company I decided to go with. Months go by my vehicle needed a new radiator to pass emissions and rear shocks unfortunately my mechanic was out of town and was foolish enough to let Embassy convince me they're a full service shop...ya right!!! For 2 weeks I was fed lies about the status everytime I called in because good luck on them returning a phone call come to find out they didn't have the equipment needed to do the emissions part of the job they quoted me in the first place. The worst part was not having to pay for taxi rides to work and grocery store while my car was hi jacked but while my vehicle was in there possession they tripped violations that led harassing collections call from the company that reports on my interlock and nobody at Embassy bothered to inform them it was there fault and these are the guys that service the interlock you'd think they'd be smart enough to at least do that much. I had to clear everything up between tweedle dee and tweedle DUMB. Please take my advice these people are dishonest lack integrity and looking to turn a quick buck on you... When you see Embassy don't turn and walk away RUN AWAY!!!! read more
