On our scheduled appointment, Matt arrived promptly and was communicative beforehand. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, provided us with options for the mounting, and also suggested alternatives for us. STAY AWAY!!!! This company has been the WORST installation…read moreservice I have ever experienced in my 25years of hiring technicians for audio installations. They came to install a new PA system of wireless microphones and active speakers a week ago. This company is so DISORGANIZED from the time i spoke to the sales rep to schedule in person consult and install. They had me speak with 2 people before my appointment of which neither were the technician who came to do our install. The technician who came had a language barrier to speak fluent English and for our simple install he had to call another tech in guiding him to perform the service properly. Then the tech on the day of the appointment left to grab the brackets and cables required then took it upon himself to take a lunch break while he was out without informing us that he was going to have a lunch break as we waited patiently for his return to complete the work. Lastly, we called them a week later after completion of the install to ask them to advise us on getting the sound arranged for a more conducive sound experience because our speakers are only positioned for the audience to hear output and needed to have a solution for the performers to hear sound output as well for a professional arrangement l. This company COULD NOT even get a hold of a technician for us for a simple ask but instead kept giving us excuses WITHOUT a callback to discuss. This company is nothing but HEADACHES full stop!!!!

The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
