I went into Network Automotive Service Center after moving in across the road and hearing about a new customer special. I knew I needed an oil change but feared my 8 year old car would need some much needed TLC and was hoping it wouldn't be too bad. I made an appointment over the phone super easy and brought my car in around 10. I was able to pick it back up just a couple of hours later and to my surprise the mechanics explained it was actually in good condition and didn't try to upsell me on any extra services. The service was quick and detailed, I got to keep a printout of all the things it might need in the future so I have a timeline and an expected cost range. It's super helpful to know so I can plan when to bring my car back in! I really appreciated how thorough the breakdown of the inspection was and my car is driving nice and smooth. read more

POOR While my car was in the Mesa Main St shop having a complete power steering overhaul Matt - technician left greasy hand prints on hood, fender, inside driver door handles and uppolstery. Took it back and had him clean it up but he refused to say "I'm sorry" That and Company charges 2% of total bill for use of credit card. And the adds 8.3% sales tax on that also. As always, I only take the time to write a review if the service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This was not good. I called a few days ahead to make an appointment for front brakes and an oil change. Since I was in the neighborhood I stopped by the afternoon before my scheduled service to make sure that there wouldn't be any issues with parts. They assured me that everything was ready to go. Arrived on time the next morning at 8AM for brakes and oil change. They informed me that they were aware of an oil change but nobody said anything about brakes. This, after verifying the details 16 hours prior. After clarifying the details I left my truck. Was informed that I would receive a call with an update and an estimate if I needed brakes. 2PM rolled by. Having heard nothing from them, I called for an update. Was informed that the oil change was done but I didn't need brakes. I thought that was strange since the fronts were due and were metal to metal on the pads. Received a call a while later and was informed that I did in fact need brake pads and rotors, but it was now too late in the day to complete the work. I know when to cut losses and get out and that's what I did. When I picked up my truck a half hour later I had some questions. I received some excuses about mechanics calling out sick and a miscommunication regarding the brakes. I was also informed by a person who seemed to be in charge that "he had only one mechanic who is worth a crap." That certainly explains things. If you need a $132 oil change, this is the place for you. read more

This place is great!! I got their name from DiscountTire as a referral. The quote that was given to me at the start of the job was honest and fair. No work started without a phone call confirming the work to be done and the final price with parts. There was some miscommunication. This was not an issue by any means. When I asked about the concern, the staff was unbelievably understanding and didn't even hesitate to get things in order. Wonderful experience today at Network Automotive today! I had to reschedule my original appt time last minute and they were able to accommodate without any trouble. I dealt with Jordan who is awesome! Extremely friendly and personable, and made both myself and my young kids feel welcome. The waiting area is extremely clean, with two large and comfy couches and a tv. They even had a USB port installed on the wall next to the couch, so I could charge my phone while I waited! My phone is always almost dead, so especially appreciated this! On top of all this They had free snacks set out that kept my kids happy and distracted! Service was very quick, and Jordan shared the alignment info with me so I understood what was done. I purchased tires a couple days ago, and was told that my tires were worn so bad because of the poor alignment on my car. Jordan informed me my car was within factory spec and didn't need any adjustment, and I was not charged anything as a result, not even for their time to check the car! It's not often you find a business with awesome staff, and even less often one that is honest and fair! And Network Automotive is both! I will only come here for all of my alignment needs. Needless to mention, this spot has had some amazing reviews. It was quick to set up an alignment appointment. Charles was very supportive and able to assist me with any problems or concerns I had. Ryan, my technician who worked on my Tacoma, was very good at his job. He was able to solve my alignment dilemma in my truck and put it up to specifications. He also found small leaks in my struts, but reassured me that it will not have any major effect in the alignment. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He's a big addition to the company. Network automotive had to give me some bad news when it came to my car. But they went out of their way to utilize my car warranty and a membership card that saves you money on their services. They didn't have to pursue my insurance company and they didn't have to let me go with my car before they were reimbursed by my car warranty that they had no special relationship with. But they did. Then they reviewed my gf's new car she was purchasing from a private party. They reviewed it for over an hour and charged nothing. There was a more thorough review that cost money but they let us decide what we were comfortable with. I recommend this mechanic to anyone looking for an ethical, quality mechanic. read more

First time I went in I was so impressed. They took great care of me and my car. My Mom went in to get her brakes looked at and they sent her on her way WITHOUT brakes. When she commented they ignored her concern. Saying it would take some time. Thank goodness she did not head up north before demanding they look again or she would have had big troubles. Brakes totally did not work. They treated her with disrespect. They did not know how to reset her change oil light. Sent her on the road without resetting it.
