All I can think is a change of ownership/management. Several brands have changed (drink & condiments to name a few) and the atmosphere has gone downhill. My experience today- Took 30 minutes for my wife and I's food to come out and mine was burned to a crispy. Had to request a new burger which took another 15-20 minutes to come out. The second burger was also charred black and honestly I just ate it because I was ready to leave. On top of it, we were the only ones in the restaurant so this wasn't due to them being busy. But our cashier was actually great, hopefully she doesn't have to share the tip we left with the dork beside her. My burger was cooked to a perfect medium, had tons of flavor and the bun was perfectly buttered, toasted and soft. I had the Lonestar Burger with beef brisket and jalapeño relish. It did need a little more in the condiment department for my liking but overall this was a flavor bomb thanks to the kick of that relish. So there are mixed feelings with this Big Burger Spot! It's a brand new location that is done quite well compared to the older locations in the area. When I have to go on my own assumption of what the Impossible Burger is, versus a vegan who would be quite upset if you the employee can't answer that question, that's a major problem! I would go as far as to say that a meat lover, such as myself, would have a hard time knowing had I not been the one who ordered it!
