However i have never dealt with Hinshaw Auto Body on any sort of project prior to this job. Highlighting the pros of this job; paint itself was matched well and seemingly done correctly. Even went above and beyond (to my knowledge) and painted the hood which was not on the service bulletin to be warrantied. They were fairly open to me seeing the process and answering my questions if anything came up throughout. Unfortunately with any pros came multiple cons; starting with body pieces being incorrectly put back, gouging tint on all four windows without telling me, breaking headlight electrical plugs, lack of cleanliness (buffing compound all over the truck, some of which stained parts unrelated to the project), etc. Although a few of these items were corrected, others were slacked on. Overall i am disappointed in the service that was highly spoken of from Doxon Toyota. I would normally recommend body shops, dealers, companies, etc. But in this case it is nearly impossible to do so. I would hope in the future this can help customers be aware of what can potentially happen to your vehicle here and provide feed back for Hinshaw Auto Body to be more attentive going forward.

2 minutes ago New I…read moreasked Curtis to diagnose my car and it took him about 2 minutes to tell me it needs a clutch. When I came to pick up my car after him having it for almost 2 weeks, he told me I have to pump the clutch twice to shift it. He didn't fixed my car after paying $1,374 CASH because it was the same as it was before he touched it. I myself figured out it was the clutch pedal assembly that was cracked and it just needed to be welded. So now it's fixed except I kept hearing a pop sound in front end so I jacked up the wheel and literally shook my whole wheel. I reached my arm around the wheel and pulled my tie rod off with my bare hand. Another mile down the road I woulda wrecked! Of course he won't respond to me at all.

dont buy shit off this dude!! spent $1000 got sent wrong tuning software months ago…read more got sent the new software sent , had to pay for my own shipping to send back old poop because of wrong ecu. fast forward finally got my first stage 1 rev 1 tune months later after igot software mind you i paid extra $200 for pops and bang so i loaded tune up and highly disappointed ididnt have pops and bang. he said this was due to he couldn't find the fueling tables in the ecu "no biggie i let it go because tuning takes time". drove around on the "base map" for a while. tork continued to not answer questions about pops nd bangs etc then said he found transmission files!! we agreed to try this tune file instead rev 2 ran horrible car hit overboost and shifted crazy also my manual mode also always hit "a safety" and would act weird or cut power okay "claims my ecu is hard to tune etc and gotta file from korea etc". fast foward a few more weeks with no response in-between revisions , finally sent another revision #3 this time the tune was toned down a bit but still wasn't running correctly still hit safeties etc and most importantly no pops and bangs still!!! 3-5 months go and haven't heard anything from this dude at all!! especially him know the goals we talked about know i have a built motor upgraded pistons and rods and cant even get a proper tune to get her running properly and dont see this guy going out his way to even try from what he already showed!!! with that being said sadly ig il just have to take the $1000 l and move on to another tuner and throw this dudes software in the trash!!! he probably doesn't care to loose any customers anyways guys! dont buy shit of this dude i repeat dont buy shit off this

So after five months I called again and he said he couldn't get it running and that I needed to come pick it up. When I got there to get my ATV back he complained about how long he had spent working to get it running and how much money he lost on it. He said that I'm lucky he's not charging me more to get it back. Even though it's not running! And it had some different old battery on it. Not the new one I had provided. I had previously had some work done through insurance at another shop and wanted to add fixing the rust spot, but that shop refused the work and said they didn't want to deal with rust. When I first contacted Raley's, they said that they were booked six months out. But then he asked a few more questions and determined that the work I needed done would be a quick job for him to complete. We set a time for an estimate which was in the evening so I did not have to take time off from work. This is a small business and is located at the owner's property between Sumner and Orting. I was happy to give my business to a locally owned small business. The wife and husband operate the business together. Heather was very good at communicating with me and scheduling was flexible. They allowed me to drop my truck off in the evening on a Sunday so again, I did not have to take time off from work. I really appreciate that flexibility. The estimate was very good and he was also able to install a bumper that my husband bought and wasn't able to install. I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of work. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to get this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Raley's for quality of work, the price, the communication, the flexibility and the fact that supporting their business is supporting a local family business. I will definitely use this shop in the future if I need auto body work done.
