Asked a few friends for any pointers or recommendations for a reliable weld shop. Precision Trailer Repair in Auburn came up #1 among the recommendations. Got in touch with Robert, scheduled an appointment - I work full time and could not come during regular business hours, Robert was very accommodating and easy to communicate with; we scheduled a time that worked for both of us, I stopped by, and Robert did a great job with the parts that I needed. He helped weld, cut, and grind the parts to the correct dimensions. Everything was done well and with high quality (he was a crew foreman before with many years of experience and clearly knew what he was doing). Took the parts home to dry fit everything - everything fits nicely and both the brackets and the tank work perfectly in the first pass. Very happy with the quality of the welds. I primed, painted and attached everything to the RV bay - it held up great on the first weekend trip of 300 miles. Hopefully, everything will hold up on the future trips as well! :) Loved the easy-to-work-with approach and Robert's positive attitude throughout. The process felt simple, and the job was done well. While getting warranty work and some new low point drains; I mentioned that I could not find my awning rod... I asked them to look around the shop because I thought it might have been there. Took my RV in to have them install a Hott Rod conversion kit on my water heater. Not sure where they buy their parts, but they charged me $203.95 for the kit, which you can buy the same kit on Amazon for $102.44, and Camping World sells it for $113.29. This is only the beginning with this company, because when we went to pick up our RV, the employee showed us the work that he performed and we noticed that someone ransacked the whole inside, and there were lots of items missing. Asked the employee when this happened and he said it was like that when he started the work on it, which was 7 days after we dropped it off, because they had to order the part. We went back into the office and spoke to the manager Daniel, and he came out to our RV like nothing had happened, and both him and the other employee were both oblivious that it was ransacked. REALLY, the manager asked if we have insurance, and said you must have left a window unlocked, and went around the RV on the other side and sides the window open. WRONG, I do a precheck whenever we go out with our RV, and one on my list is to check the windows to make sure they are closed and locked. Which they were locked when we dropped it off. Later that day I called and spoke to Daniel to see if they checked their video surveillance and if any other RVs were broken into. He said that he did not see anything in their video surveillance. I filed a police report and went to the sheriff department and spoke with officer Mayor on the issue, and she gave me a card to give to the manager, Daniel, because they wanted copies of their video surveillance. Went back 11 days later and asked Daniel if he had sent over the video surveillance to the sheriff department and for the name of the officer, he sent it to. His response was I called them and told them he did not have any video surveillance for them and does not remember whom he spoke to. WOW, so he lied to the sheriff department. Something is very suspicious with this whole thing, and they sure showed a lot of red flags to me. How can they be so oblivious and dishonest to their customers, for the condition inside my RV by not saying anything when they called me to let me know the work was done, nor did they say anything when we arrived and went into the office to pay the bill. WOW REALLY! CONS: Suspicious, Over Pricing on Parts, Dishonest, Theft and Security Issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE.

I was beside myself with stress because I absolutely had to be back at my new job Monday morning. DJ and Keegan were incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding. They managed to squeeze me into the schedule for first thing Monday morning.I arrived Monday at opening and waited. We were all at the mercy of the parts delivery team, which didn't drop off the components until mid-day. The absolute second those parts arrived, Foreman Brandon and his mechanic Chris raced to work, thrashing to fix my trailer as fast as humanly possible. Senior Foreman "Eagle-eye" Johnny masterfully coordinated every single step of the workflow, flawlessly running the shop and managing multiple other clients at the same time. The entire team rallied together, going completely out of their way to get me back on the road. I got a call from Andrea the next day and she informed me that she had done some calling around and found out that Camping World had my awning in stock and there were no shipping costs involved. They would even go pick it up. I decided to go get it myself. Tim installed it yesterday and it looks great. He is very quality oriented and does a great job. When I came to pick up my car after him having it for almost 2 weeks, he told me I have to pump the clutch twice to shift it. He didn't fixed my car after paying $1,374 CASH because it was the same as it was before he touched it. I myself figured out it was the clutch pedal assembly that was cracked and it just needed to be welded. So now it's fixed except I kept hearing a pop sound in front end so I jacked up the wheel and literally shook my whole wheel. I reached my arm around the wheel and pulled my tie rod off with my bare hand. Another mile down the road I woulda wrecked! Of course he won't respond to me at all.
