I gave them $700 to get parts and they said they couldn't start for a week since they were going out of town. A week went by and I had to contact them, a few times over several days and Big Case (Kyle) finally responds by saying he was sick and would call me later. When I hinted that his lack of communication was giving me bad vibes he had no problem texting back. I asked that he return my money, less his diagnostic fee and he said he ordered the parts already. I asked him to return the parts and return my money (very nicely). I gave him a week. Weeks have gone by and no response from Big Case and Son's. I had to hire someone else who did a GREAT job (Twin Brothers Automotive)!!! They are not very reliable and have no qualms about taking your money with nothing in return. Do not use them!
