It was my first time visiting Big Chicken. I had a chicken sandwich, fries and I felt for the price point a drink should have been included. The server was helpful to me as a first time guest and answered all my questions. This is Likely to be a one and done for me as I only came here with family on a visit in Las Vegas. The chicken sandwich and fries were delicious. My brother said the Mac and cheese was good. My niece enjoyed the tenders and fries with the honey mustard sauce. My brother who. Is not a spend thrift like me enjoyed a milk shake.. Unless the get one on San Diego County off the base., it is unlikely I'll return any time soon, unless I travel to somewhere and there happens to be a dBig Chicken. Thanks for reading.

Almost hangry! I stopped in before school to get a pick me up. Steffi is my attendant. She had great energy. She was happy to be at work.. the ambience is fun. It's light and area. It's clean. They have game table in here. My son has raved about this place, but I've never come. They have a Texas toast snack sandwich. You will see the menu.

My husband works across the street and I was coming into work later in the day, so we decided to have lunch together at Big Chicken before I started work. I honestly wasn't expecting much, given it's a celebrity restaurant, basically on the Strip, so overpriced and underwhelming was what was on my mind. However, I was delightfully surprised by this place. It's a big place, with plenty of seating for both small and large parties. There's a big bar you can sit at as well, along with an area with a foosball table. It was pretty clean and looked nicely decorated. Ordering was easy, it's counter service. The person working the register might have been pretty new as she didn't know some of the items we were ordering, but it worked out fine and all was good. While I do think this place is slightly overpriced, the food came out excellent. I was impressed with the quality of the chicken and bun we both got. My sandwich was a bit sloppily put together, so I had what felt like a big wet diaper in my hand where all the coleslaw migrated but I handled it. It was worth it, because the sandwich tasted so good. The fries were excellent and I'd come in just for those again and again. The cheese curds on my husbands sandwich were so good, I'd get that as a side on it own next time.

Wonderful customer service !!! THANK YOU! So I've been here before, but this time I decided to use the self order/kiosk. I take a long time to decide and I wanted to browse the whole menu. (When I probably should've just asked for help haha) I heard other guests getting ghost pepper something and it sounded good (I love spicy food). So when I saw that on the Kiosk, naturally I ordered it too... for an extra $0.99 When my sandwich came, I took a huge bite and dove right in. Little did I know the ghost pepper was dusted/ rubbed on the chicken... I thought it was a sauce. Needless to say, I was not prepared and I died a little inside (mouth is still on fire) but it was tasty! I tried to eat more but literally couldn't I went up to the cashier and told him what I did and wanted to order a PLAIN sandwich, because clearly that's all I can handle. He was very understanding and ended up giving me my sandwich for free (I wanted to pay), he took care of it right away and gave me a water cup and a little cup of ice cream to help with the pain. My ears were ringing !! It's really hard to find good customer service anymore... so I appreciated the above and beyond service. Didn't know if I'd make it out of here alive... My new Sandwich and the original sandwich are both wonderful. Will be back again! Thank you x1000000

First of all the s er vice was excellent. Because it was our first time the menu was explained thoroughly and they have happy hour all day long. The food was fresh and delicious. Seasoned chicken, fresh buns and the cheese curds are definitely not cooked in the same grease as the chicken. Madi spoke to us for quite a while and explained all the perks of downloading the app. The only thing I was disappointed at was they don't have blue cheese dressing otherwise 10/10 highly recommend. They have foosball and a bball arcade and plenty of TVs. I think I might hit them up on a Sunday for a game and burger

Me and a couple of friends were looking for something to eat. We found big chicken to eat our meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection and very delicious. The bun was soft and the condiments were the perfect combination for the sandwich. The restaurant has a great ambiance and has lots of seating. The restaurant also has a bar inside the restaurant.

Who knew Shaquille O'Neal had a fast-food business venture? Big Chicken is just as it sounds--fried chicken! The menu features tenders, nuggets, chicken sandwiches, and wings, along with a decent selection of shakes. My SO and I were craving a quick snack, so we ordered the Nugget Combo, which includes fries and a fountain drink. The portion size was generous. The chicken was tender, made from white meat, and the batter was crispy and had a nice peppery flavor. I really appreciated the selection of sauces, particularly the Carolina and Memphis BBQ. The fries were a good size and extremely crispy. Yum! Overall, good fast food and worth trying!

Fun little fast casual spot. We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. Our server, Madison, was very nice & made suggestions for flavors. Everything looked so good but we didn't want to get much because we had a later dinner reservation. We ordered tenders to split. They were really fresh - delicious. My favorite sauce was the Memphis BBQ. This is one of the better priced options near the strip and certainly one of the better tasting. I think it's a good value and I would definitely return.

Great service & food! I went to grab dinner there and was glad they have kiosks you can order from. Perfect for introverts or if there's a long line for the front counter. I ordered the Shaq attack sandwich, dirty fries, and regular salted caramel shake. I customized the sandwich with grilled chicken and it was a decent sized piece and juicy. The dirty fries were spicy but delicious. The shake was sweet, creamy, and crunchy. It's a casual restaurant with paper towels setup at all tables and a bar. Definitely would go back!

This is my second time coming to Big Chicken and both times our sandwiches were bursting with bold flavors. What really sets these sandwiches are whichever types of pickles they use! So good! Service was very prompt and there are also self service kiosks for you to use for your convenience. Located in close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip and UNLV

The staff is nice, the establishment is clean and the food is made to order. I didn't realize there was a counter in the back where you could order- I used the kiosk at the front in the bar. Be warned that the Ghost Pepper on the Uncle Jerome's Nashville Hot is not to be played with. If you don't mind not talking for 30 mins and enjoy a slow burn all the way down. You're paying to be tortured. If you like HOT food it's one of those flavors you try once and don't go back too. I also tried the Shaq Attack with pepper jack cheese. I live for jalapeños but not a fan of BBQ. It's still a good sandwich with a great flavor profile. The Mac and cheese is good. Team thanks for the complimentary Milkshake for the kids.

I was really excited to try this place, I was craving some chicken wings, but failed to actually look at the menu and realized there was only chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches haha my own fault but what can go wrong with chicken sandwiches! This place is pretty big and it's also has a bar, I came towards the end of the night so it was pretty empty but the service was fast and efficient, good music was playing and it was clean. I ended up ordering the big Cali, that had bacon, avocado , caramelized onions, the sandwich was fresh but had NO flavor, it was really bland, I even tried the chicken alone and it still had no flavor. The fries were good, the Memphis barbecue sauce was good, the Big sauce was suppose to be spicy but it had no spice at all, the blue moon beer was good as usual. There was this watermelon drink I forgot what it was mixed with but it was good too hahaha. I was real disappointed in the chicken sandwich, I wouldn't order it again.

We arrived on our way to the airport for a flight that was scheduled to depart in an hour. I was genuinely surprised by how quick the service was, as I had expected a non-fast food restaurant to be slower. The menu was easy to understand, and the cashier, Danny, had a patient and cheerful attitude, which made our transaction smooth--especially since it was our first time visiting. Overall ambiance is very vibrantly Vegas and the accessible soda fountain features delicious craft beverages. The food was phenomenal. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was flavored perfectly with a level of spice that was enough to warmly coat your mouth but not set it on fire. Both the sandwich and the wings had such a delightfully crispy batter. Crinkle-cut fries were still hot when we boarded 30 minutes later.
