Brisket and pulled pork too dry and too much smokey flavor for my liking. Fries were decent. Boneless chicken wings were good, had Buffalo and garlic parm. sauces. Buffalo was a pretty spicy sauce; Garlic had a nice flavor and not overwhelming. Wanted to give more stars but meats were not quite there for quality per price. Might come back to try again. We were Blessed to visit this restaurant on a BEAUTIFUL Las Vegas day, with a wonderful breeze. Once our meal was delivered to our table I was pleasantly pleased to see the large portions of food. The ribs were falling off the bone. However, the ribs were a tad bit overcooked and dry. The chicken wings were smoked and deep-fried according to our waitress. I was in Vegas and craving BBQ. Walking along the strip I saw this place. Quite possibly the best bbq I've ever had! I got the brisket sandwich with onion rings. After shopping at Fashion Show Mall on Sunday afternoon, we went outside to see what was really on the front side of the mall, and found Blvd Bar Bq & Wings. We quickly decided to go and grab some dinner there. The sign outside was very inviting with the Half Rack Ribs with 2 sides for $25 ... We were 4 of us and grabbed a big table at the back. The waiter quickly came by and took our drink orders, and very quickly served the ice cold beverages. It felt great to have a drink so refreshing and so quick in the hot summer weather! Also, we noticed that the waiter rolled out a portable a/c or fan to directly to the back side of the dining room. We appreciate that very much! Thank you! The food we ordered, came out perfect. We loved the bbq ribs, very good sauce on them! All the sides were delicious, especially the onion rings, not oily at all, I loved it! The coleslaw and the potato salad was tasty too. My friends ordered the Loaded Potato Bowl, and it was huge! Also the burger was delicious! Our first time visiting the new location. It was a beautiful day on the patio overlooking the Strip. Location is ground level directly on the corner across from Wynn. Service was friendly and attentive. They even had a dog bowl of cold water for the fur child visiting with us. Price is on point with BBQ locations all over town. Expect to pay $25-$40 per person for meal, sides, and free refill drinks. Inside seating is limited but available. Any time after 2ish PM and the sun is behind the building and patio is shaded. Umbrellas are set up for earlier dining. The brisket loaded mac n cheese was big enough to have lunch and take some home for dinner. Same with the pastrami steak burger and fries. You won't be leaving hungry!!
