Only a few words about this place and its team: The best,…read morehonest, team, I was traveling from Boston MA to Orlando FL (Full Sail University) my son car broke down by overheating on a SUNDAY (8/30/15) - I called the number on the business building and Jesse pick up the phone, and said: "I am going to send down my best guy to take a look, and see what he can do for you to get back on the road - we are closed on Sunday" (Wow right) James came down and looked at the car, and said you can't make it with a blown head gasket - But I ask him what percent can I make it - "You have less than 1% chance of making it to Orlando, and you will crack the engine if you make it. With my crazy thinking of beating the odds, I told James I'll make it. Guess what - I made it to the gas station 5 miles away before the car started over heating. Now, I am really stuck with an overheated car -I am so far away from Boston, and over 230 miles away from Orlando also very low on money. Long story short, I made a call to James and he heard how stuck I am - he said: "If you can get the car over here we can try to fix it" - For the first time AAA was able to tow the car, and James was able to fix it. You must know this: You are dealing with a team that knows cars better than any dealership, or any box car store repaired place - these guys knowledge run circles around any dealership -- Just ask any one on the team to show you there tool box, and get ready to be amazed. I can tell you they work hard and they get the job done right. They are beyond fair with the price for the work you are getting done. NO ONE CAN do what they do - I will stand on that, and I can bet you that you will never go anywhere else for service. The only thing I can say bad about this place is the outside - It not fancy with flowers and glass doors like a Toyota service place or a Pepboys, or Goodyear - but if you can overlook that, and remember what you are there for -Fix your car or truck --This is the one place I trust 100%......

We purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Beetle last year. It had VERY low miles when we purchased it (30,000…read moremiles). It was garage kept and barely driven. In the past when had an 1999 Beetle 20 years ago we had problems with several shops working on it to the point it basically destroyed the car!!! I even told my wife "no more Beetle's!!! I WISH I would've known about Vu's Automotive back then!!!!! * We took our 2014 Beetle into Vu's for a passengers side window regulator that broke. They did a great job repairing the regulator! They were actually HALF the cost of the dealer price. I had the appointment made with the dealer already but when I found Vu's on Yelp and called and got an estimated from Vu's (after taking it to them in person) I immediately called the dealer back and canceled!!! So glad I found Vu's Automotive! I will definitely be using them in the future for my wife's Beetle! Vu's specializes in these types of cars (foreign) and he was very knowledgeable about them! I can promise you; will not have anyone else work on this car again but Vu's!

But at the same time locked up ac compressor…read more When confronted with non working ac (which was just completely replaced at a reputable ac shop and working flawlessly before they put there hands on the car) was basically accused of lying that the ac wasn't working prior there service. Which is BS and they darn well know it. Because I would have had that on the list of repairs. No freaking accountability. When I took vehicle back to ac shop first question they asked was, when was cooling fan replaced? That was the issue that locked up the compressor. Piss poor installation from Vu's Automotive. Unknowledgeable mechanics at Vu's Automotive. Prior to this the only place I had my vehicles serviced. Even at there high dealer ship prices. I thought the quality and honesty was worth it. Boy was I wrong. NEVER again will they get the opportunity to even put air in a flat tire on my bicycle. This experience was a pretty expensive lesson learned on my behalf. Not only just monetary. They looked at it, told me the problem, the price, and they could have it Thursday afternoon. Well it was Friday but no big deal at all. They did just what they said for the very fair price they said (and rotated my tires for free because it took an extra day). Courtney is awesome. I highly recommend.
