Came here yesterday with my girlfriend. She ordered the 15 piece wings and before we left we checked the bag because something felt off. Sure enough, they forgot the veggies and the spicy ranch. Then we opened the waffle fries... there were literally like 5 fries in the container. They did take the fries back and gave us another order but honestly, it still came with a very small amount. For what you're paying, the portion just wasn't it. The crazy part is it wasn't even busy. As someone who owns a restaurant back home, I don't understand how mistakes like that happen. The kitchen needs to pay closer attention to the tickets before sending orders out and management should be doing a better job with quality control. At the very least, they could've made it right or thrown in some extra fries for the inconvenience. The wings were actually really good which is why this was even more disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted right away--our server was super sweet and attentive, which made the experience even better. The ambiance is really nice: the place is clean, laid-back, and filled with plenty of TVs so you can enjoy the game while you eat. We took advantage of the 2 for 1 wing deal on Tuesdays and ordered 5 teriyaki wings, 5 spicy ranch lemon pepper wings (dry), 5 chipotle BBQ wings, and 5 hot garlic Parmesan wings (dry). The sauces and rubs themselves were pretty good, but I'd say the hot garlic Parmesan was a bit disappointing because it was just buffalo spice to make it "hot". She helped me find the best value to accommodate my need, she double checked my order before placing it. This is probably the worst restaurant I've been to in a long time. My old fashioned was super weak and sweet. I asked the waitress to take it back and she did but the manager was at the bar frowning his face up and staring at me like he had a problem with me not liking the drink. He then added a small shot of Jameson and sent it back. The manager Jeremy then starred at me from the bar area. Proceeded to walk out the door staring at me and then back in doing the same thing. Poor service. We received our menus and drinks from someone who wasn't even our server. The staff had us waiting for 20 minutes until someone decided we were worth their time and took our orders. I'm not sure if the staff consisted only of turtles but it sure felt that way. I'm checking the food but everything is literally so sticky and wet with various substances like ranch, wing sauce etc that I just skim through it to make sure everything is there. I notice we only have 2 ranch dressings for a 15 pc wing, an order of fried pickle spears, a bacon avocado burger with waffle fries, and tater tots so I requested two more from a waitress standing by the kitchen door. The waitress then tells the bartender and the bartender says to the waitress "they all got two". I interject and say yes, but we would like two more and I then inform her of what we have ordered to which she finally says ok. Once the waitress brings the ranch she then says "$2.75" or something along those lines as a fee for the ranch. Paying for the ranch wasn't a problem but the entire interaction rubbed us the wrong way on top of them not even mentioning that there was a fee associated with the request, they just asked for the money which is rude. Honestly we wouldn't have even agreed that I should leave a review IF THE ORDER HAD BEEN CORRECT. So all in all the food was decent although the order was wrong and we basically had to beg for ample amount of condiments for our order. The customer service needs work for sure.
