I ordered the fried fish sandwich and onion rings. The fish filet was a small portion and one filet was bigger than the other, but the sandwich tasted good. The onion rings were not too thin and fried perfectly. One thing I didn't like was how hard it was to get in contact with the restaurant. I don't like automated systems that take you in circles and when you finally get to someone it isn't the actual location. I wanted to make sure they put my condiments on the side so my bun didn't get soggy. The manager that picked up was at least diligent to try to reach them to notify them of my request. Always five stars when I come here. The service is great even on a busy day, it's beautifully decorated on the inside with a New Orleans/ Houston flair. I like to bring my friends here when they come in town so that they can sample the daiquiris and pick their favorite one. The daiquiris are super sweet and premade. You can always add an extra shot to it if you would like happy hour is a plus because the daiquiris are half price then. Service is always fast. They have a drive-in. I don't understand why this place gets the attention it does. Everything about my experience was disappointing, especially considering how expensive everything is. The burgers were incredibly underwhelming. They were dry, lacked flavor, and tasted like something you could get at a cheap fast-food restaurant for a fraction of the price. Nothing about the food justified what they charge. The daiquiris were just as bad. They're overpriced, weak, and mostly taste like sugary mix instead of actual cocktails. If you're paying premium prices, you'd expect quality drinks.. not something that tastes watered down. The service made the experience even worse. The staff came across as rude, inattentive, and more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping customers. When we had concerns, management didn't seem to care and offered no effort to make the situation better. Overall, this was a waste of money. Between the bland food, disappointing drinks, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism, there's no reason for me to come back. I see decided to check out the Taco Tuesday night where advertisement showes $2 tacos, $2 repository tequila and $10 hookah. I ordered Fajita beef and shrimp tacos which were pretty tasty. I also tried a mixture of hypnotic, hurrican and island daiquiri which were also great. The disappointment came when ordering where lots of information was omitted such as what tacos and flavored hookah were discounted. I order hookah but was never asked what flavor this is poor customer service. After being told there was one option I accepted their selection. I waited 45 minutes a this restaurant that was occupied by myself and 3 other persons and still never received the hookah. I politely asked for a refund and it was given. The place is legit a scam. Never in my life have i had a place take money from me and then have the audacity to be upset. legit told me over the phone id be lucky if they send me the refund. I hardly ever order onion rings i would order again. The boudan balls were ok. I though the mix was too dense or thick. I think it would been better in the egg rolls which I sadly didn't order. Stopped by this place for a happy hour daiquiri and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is small but clean. There was a DJ on a Tuesday which let us know this spot probably gets poppin' as the night progresses. We ordered the MacGregor, Octane and the Bayou Momma and they were delicious. So I arrived yesterday at the drive through I was greeted and I said I need one moment to look at the menu the lady said okay no problem. When I was ready about 2 minutes later. There's no patio seating, but the tables are spread out so you don't feel like your so close to one another. They have music playing so you can eat some good food while also grooving.
