Every detail was intentional, and you could taste it. Then came the dry rub chicken wings--perfectly cooked with a juicy center and a crisp exterior. The subtle honey sriracha flavor layered in beautifully without overpowering the chicken. To finish, we had the baby back ribs over coconut rice. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the rice was cooked perfectly with just the right hint of sweetness, and the shaved Brussels sprouts with pickled onions and jalapeños added the perfect crunch and contrast. I genuinely couldn't stop eating. The service matched the food. Our waitress guided us with spot-on recommendations, and I must have told her six times that this was the best meal I've ever had. The chicken I ordered with my bowl was really the only good thing I got from it, but it was overshadowed by there being about eight times as much rice than the chicken. There were only four pieces of chicken in the bowl and at least 25 bites of unseasoned white rice. Update: As we were leaving, the sole worker in the establishment started smoking a blunt after throwing out the trash. I have to advise you don't come here.
