1st time in Hemet. Happened to be working in the area. Decided to drive around their down town. Drove past the back of the bldg which displayed an open sign. Love the logo! Always looking to support "minority" family owned business. Parked. Seeing people enter and exit was reassuring. Note, at this point I hadn't checked the reviews. Place just looks inviting. I was not in a rush. I walked I greeted by smiles. The patrons all looked very happy and very occupied eating. More great signs. Menu has something for everyone. Their subs look great!!! I wanted to order several things to sample. Self control stopped me at a LeBron, chicken parm sandwich and chili cheese fries. AMAZING! Wait was 15 minutes. Order total was about $22. Got to the car and the food smelled so delicious I couldn't help myself. The bread is amazing and as fresh as possible. I've eaten cheese steaks before and just didn't really like them. Again I only stopped by in an effort to support a smaller establishment and because the logo was inviting. Truth be told I was a little afraid of being disappointed. Worth every calorie and every penny it was absolutely amazing! The only problem was that I ate mine in the car in their parking lot and then had nothing to eat with my family lol. I knew I should have ordered an extra sandwich! Definitely a reason to return to Hemet!!! Food fresh made to order. Friendly service. Clean establishment. Happy customers. Amazing delicious product! Stopped on our way out of town. This was at the beginning of the Covid-19 quarantine so it was takeout only. The cashier was so sweet and talkative. Sh*ting it out could not even taste cheese until I ate top half of sandwich oh which by the way was soggy as hel meat was definitely under cooked and way over priced 7.50 plus tax rip off for tiny 8 inch roll maybe with about 3 o 4 oz. So I finally found a place in inland empire near me that had more than 4 stars on Yelp. As any good yelper would do, I trekked out to hemet to see if this was a legit place. Got there right at lunch time and it was fairly busy. The sammies were decent and that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Will I go back? Only if I'm already in the area. read more

So good! We stopped by here for a quick lunch before heading out to our destination that day. I got the original cheesesteak sandwich and my boyfriend got the chicken variation. Both sandwiches and the fries we shared were delicious! Prices were pretty good, in my opinion... about $7-8/sandwich, just what I would expect from something like this. A real taste of NJ in Hemet. If you want authentic Jersey sandwiches, this is the place! Big Daddy, LeBron, has been trained by master bread makers in NJ and their bread is great. Great food, reasonable prices, and some delicious pepper... salsa... slaw... kinda'... thing. I don't really know what it's called, but they have a pickled pepper cup that is just fantastic with some yummy cheese steak. I recommend this place if you're craving some delicious sandwiches and you're around this side of town. The only thing that really sucks is getting into the parking lot, which is hardly the location's fault though. The people there are pretty great, my only beef is that I wish they were a bit more professional. They're sometimes a bit too casual with the way that they talk to you or just sit around when they don't have anything else to do. That's if I am being super picky I suppose. It's just as easy to place your order and sit down and wait until it's done. Their chili cheese fries are to die for, and I think their original sandwich really is the best. My daughters softball team was in Hemet for a tournament. I Looked up this place and saw the good reviews so we decided to give it a try. As I was ordering I noticed that all of the tables inside were labeled door dash etc. I asked the man who took my order if we would be able to eat inside as it was over 100 degrees and the girls had been playing all day. He said no. I then asked him if there were any restrictions as to why we could not eat inside. He then got so rude and nasty and said because that's how it is and don't tell him how to run his business. I sure hope this was not the owner because this man should never be allowed to deal with customers or have a business. The food was good but I will never support a business with that type of customer service. He couldn't even use Covid-19 as an excuse because not one employee in the restaurant was wearing a mask. As we were leaving I noticed a big banner on the business that said we're back! I wonder why they didn't make it the 1st time. If the business doesn't make it again they need to take a look at who they have working for them. Make sure to scroll past all the good reviews and you will see many more like this.
