It's feels a little odd walking up to an empty bar in what was previously a dine-in restaurant or lounge space to order or pick up your food. And they don't open until 4 or 5 PM most nights. Susan and her husband are from Taiwan rather than Fuzhou - likely a strong influence in the preparation and taste of their dishes. This may also account for the reason why certain items typically found at your average Chinese takeout (i.e. Wonton soup) are missing from the menu. While I was never a huge General Tso's fan theirs is unbelievably delicious and quickly became my top choice. I will occasionally switch to their chicken Lo Mein or sesame chicken which are just as good. An added bonus is that they understand allergies (gluten at least) and will check ingredients if there's a customer concern. My wife (celiac's disease) often chooses their rice noodle soup, tofu and various other dishes and has never had an issue. The service as far as entering the venue, showing your tickets, etcetera was seamless. Again, there's no vip seating or box seats, it's a bowling alley turned concert venue so general admission/first come first serve rules apply. My only gripe would be how cold it was inside.
