We love Big Dog's Draft House for good no frills brewery food and great beer on tap. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but have always found a cider or sour to enjoy. I decided to go for the Dogzilla Lager after our server was happy to give me a sample after I asked about the new Japanese style rice lager. It was really good and refreshing. You don't come to Big Dog's for a romantic quiet dinner. There is a lot of ambient conversation and many TVs usually showing games. You come here for super friendly staff, good suds, a full belly, and light chit chat.

Came in for dinner. Parking is limited. Decent atmosphere. It was pretty busy, but we were able to get seated quickly & the wait staff was attentive. Husband had the chicken fingers & I had a philly. We shared a craft rootbeer & that was gooooood. Food came out hot & was filling, but nothing to write home about. It was an average experience & I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. Would've given 3 stars, but that rootbeer earned one on its own.

Big Dog in the house...I haven't been to Big Dogs since maybe 96 roughly when they were on West Sahara...I know but to be fair I moved out of state for many years and live completely across town from them now. So we took the drive and they are really far out there. From what I remember that location on West Sahara the inside had the same kind of vibe. Started with an IPA. Had deep fried Mac and cheese that was nice and not dried out like at lot of Mac and cheese balls are. Then went to the pulled pork and fries. The portion of meat was a bit thin since it didn't even cover across the whole bun. You can see my pic for that. I actually moved all the meat to one side just to get a decent sandwich and pulled off the extra empty portion ( maybe charge me a dollar or two more to get enough meat to at least cover the length of the bun). Other than that it was tasty but I would not have objected to a side of the sauce on it. The fries were also nicely seasoned and good also. If you haven't made the trip and you like microbrews you need to make the trek to Big Dogs one of the old school breweries in Vegas.

I'm usually a regular here as my friend host a comedy night every month. This time I wanted to try the breakfast The server understood the order. My eggs were perfectly cooked and I really liked the piece of watermelon that accompanied the meal

The food at Big Dog's Draft House was absolutely incredible--the cheese curds, Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese, and tacos were all hits. We started our night in the bar area where the service was wonderful, but things took a turn when we moved to the dining room. While the bar staff was great, the restaurant service was extremely slow. It took forever to get drinks, and our server rarely checked in. Most of the table had finished eating before the final two taco orders even arrived. The real highlight was the acoustic music by Kellie Sheehan; she is absolutely amazing! We'll definitely be back whenever she's performing, but we really hope the restaurant service catches up to the quality of the food and the bar.

Beer selection is excellent, with plenty of house brewed options and seasonal taps that are always solid. There's something here for everyone. The food is just as good as the beeR well-done pub, atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out with friends, catch a game, or just unwind after a long day. Service has always been friendly and attentive, even when it's busy. If you're looking for a brewery with character, consistently good beer, and a comfortable vibe, Big Dog's Draft House is a must. Outdoor patio is a plus during great weather days in Vegas. Patio heaters are there as well during cold days.

Been going here since it opened. Been to every beer festival. You even had me and my friends picture on the wall. I am very disappointed from our last visit. I ordered a build your own burger with the chicken breast. The chicken breast was smaller than 1 tender from Raising Canes and I was charged 1.50$ extra for RAW ONION on a burger. What restaurant in their right mind charges for raw onion on a burger?? I reached out to Draft House through private channels and was ignored, so here we are. We will never be going back to this overpriced dump again. #BEARDOWN

We are regulars at Big Dog's Draft house. This is the place to get really legit pot roast! The staff are friendly and usually give good recommendations. We sat in the remodeled draft room. It was so nice and bright compared to the other part of the house. I am more of a cider girl, but not a fan of the cider they have on draft. I am really picky when it comes to Hefeweizen. I finally gave it a try. It was okay. I will probably stick with the apple martini. Definitely will be back.

Gave Big Dogs a go. It was very busy during breakfast hours. Specially on a Sunday morning while they have football going. They did have a large menu but I went with the avocado toast and the steak and eggs. The avocado toast was a bit sweet so I had to add salt to tone that down. The sweetness part was not my favorite. The steak was over cooked but it was well seasoned. Over all a chill spot for football. I'd go back and try other options from their menu.

We had come in for a late lunch on a Saturday. The ambience was not loud with some music playing. We were seated quickly and served quickly. We chose an appetizer (pretzel). It was tasty. Very soft, was served with a dipping sauce which had flavor. I ended up ordering the smash sliders with tater tots. The order was large and came with a chipotle sauce which was very good. The sliders were delicious the meat was cooked well and the buns were soft. My husband ordered the Wisconsin beer brat with fries and my brother had a Philly sandwich with garlic fries. Overall the meal was good both men enjoyed their food. The service was quick and friendly.

The food is good, offering a variety of classic pub grub. The service is excellent; the staff is attentive, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. the prices are very reasonable for the quality. I've going to this local chain since 1995, and the menu keeps getting smaller and smaller. I was super bummed when I didn't see the turkey burger listed, that was my favorite. This is my go to when I crave artichoke dip. The Toscana soup was ok. My husband liked the garlic herb cheese curds, he said they were just good, he said he should have gone with the original. He also got the beer bratwurst with caramelized onions, he said it was a classic taste and liked it. View the full menu and beer list at Big Dog's Brewing Company

Smash sliders with sweet potato fries

Went here for lunch, using an Anthony Curtis Las Vegas advisor coupon. They had some really great lunch special prices, but we decided to order off the menu for this buy one get one entree from the coupon book. We seated ourselves and a server immediately got us some water as we checked out the menu. Just water today, but I really wanted a beer...next time I will come at cocktail hour... ha ha ha. Hub saw some smash burger sliders he wanted to try and he added on a dollar more for the sweet potato fries. I opted for a salad, with quinoa, black beans and corn with a dressing on the side. Both meals were really good...this is one of the most favorite salads as an entree I have ever enjoyed. Hub also really liked his sliders and said he would get them again. The inside was very fun and the clientele were having great food, beer and in some cases having fun gaming. At 11am, I was shocked to see just how many people were in the establishment....so that was real telling of the popularity of this place. Will return for sure...just for that salad!!!!

Waitress was super attentive and helpful the whole time. It was insanely hot that day, mid-July in Vegas doesn't mess around, so having a nice, large air-conditioned space to duck into was exactly what the day called for. This is a proper local craft brewery and taproom restaurant, with family roots going back four generations in the city, and they lean into that local identity with a solid house beer lineup alongside the usual bar standards. Wasn't too busy, which was great, meant we actually had good seats for the game. Ok options for slot machines too, this being Vegas and all. I had the fish and chips and it was good, though every place really skimps out on the sauces lately, unless that's just me being picky about my dipping ratios. Nice selection of local drinks overall. They had me try one of their more out-there brews, some kind of skunk-named one, and it genuinely smelled like Cheech and Chong's basement. Points for the experience, even if I stuck to my regular pour after that.

When I go to a bar or restaurant I expect the food and drinks to be good - at least as good as I can get at home. Don't you? A 3 is a solid score for a solid experience. My experience here was completely solid. Not a lot of personality to this bar, I wouldn't seek it out as a destination, but it was clean and good. I have heard bad things about Bonanza but I was willing to brave this area to try their beer and I am glad that I did. I was a bit overwhelmed with 28 beers listed that I did not know where to start. I honestly wish they were paired up by their type: Lager, Sour Ales, etc. And honestly, one star knocked off because I let the bartender know that this was my very first time here and I asked them for their most popular beers and got an unfriendly "Well it's hard to tell, everything sells different." Like ok, I get that but also there are 28 beers listed! You could have made up like 4 beers on that list to give me or even asked me what kind of beers that I like to be pointed in the right direction. That part was probably the most frustrating and why it took me 15 minutes to decide what to order because I needed to READ over 28 beers. I guess I am just so used to other brewery bartenders being helpful here in Vegas that this encounter turned me off. Besides that, my friends and I really enjoyed our time here. My one friend that doesn't drink beer loved all of her pastry/sour ales. I can agree that all of these stole the show. There was not a single bad one that I have tried so I would recommend all of them. I would definitely come here again but I can imagine a newcomer coming and being overwhelmed with their tap list.
