They have in stock a bunch of parts, so if you're fortunate to need a replacement part, they may have it immediately and you won't have to wait for it to be ordered. I've also used them for other appliances and every time I've been very satisfied. They're efficient and skilled and it's a small shop, so you talk to a real person and a short turnaround for a service appointment.

I'll join the long list of customers who have been duped by this guy. He sells broken - not…read moredinged, dented, or used - BROKEN appliances. He'll then claim to have ordered a part or some other excuse and then he will disappear completely. I bought a washer and dryer. The dryer shuts off after 10 seconds due to a faulty heat sensor. He brought me a "replacement" dryer that screeches metal on metal as it runs. We haven't had a properly working dryer in nearly two months of steady phone calls and texts trying to get it fixed. At this point, I have to go out of pocket again to have someone reputable make the repair. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I did business with him via Craigslist but he's good at changing phone numbers and classifying his company as "out of business" as a way to avoid the bad reviews or being delisted from Craigslist. It's either getting changed to Out of Business because he keeps changing phone numbers, or else he's falsely telling Yelp himself that he's out of business, to prevent people from leaving more negative reviews.
