Here's my experience feedback with TemperaturePro company. I believe they have good work ethics with very prompt & responsive staff members. Heidi is usually my first line of contact. And during the last 4-5 years of communicating with Heidi, I've never had any doubts about her clarity of communication and services the company will provide. Their costs are upfront mentioned. They also have a good yearly maintenance program of two visits in a year. I would recommend Temperature Pro for your HVAC system! I would also like to recognize and appreciate HVAC Technician David's hard work and efforts to not only identify the problem but also resolve it. The HVAC work conditions are not always ideal in the hot attic space during the summer heat. David was patient and proficient in finding the clogged pipeline for the condensate water collecting in the drip pan, clearing the primary and secondary drainage and also installing flow switches so that water can find its way out through the pipelines. I would like to commend David's professional communication skills, before and after the job was done. He got the AC running again and made sure every aspect of the AC was working great! When the AC system breaks down in hot summer, we are usually just looking for a good reliable company to send knowledgeable good technicians to identify and resolve the problem without some fear-based sales pitch to add more expenses to the home owner. I had TempPro out to service my AC for two consecutive years. Two months ago they replaced the capacitor on my AC. Two days ago the AC stopped working. The house was critically hot, I called, and was told they could not get to me for 24 hours. It was an untenable situation and I was forced to call another service, who got to me by dinner time. They discovered that the capacitor had not been properly installed, leading to an electrical fire. When I reached out to TempPro to report what was discovered I received the following reply from their manager by email-- "Since you did not wait for us to return and allowed another company to touch our previous repair. This voids and nulls any warranty that was provided with the previous repair. We would have corrected any issues that might have arisen from our repair at no charge. No HVAC company is going to pay a customer to have another company perform their warranty work because the customer was too impatient to wait for the company to return as soon as their current scheduling allows. You chose to hire another company instead of waiting like a reasonable person. Then you proceeded to pay them of your own free will, thus this is your problem, not ours." I am a reasonable person, folks. I wanted to discuss the situation reasonable, like adults. That I was not allowed that minimum of courtesy really takes the cake. We called Temperature Pro for a thermostat repair or replacement. Heidi helped us on the phone and Tim met me at home to handle the bad thermostat. I had tried to do it myself (don't!, wait for the pros) and Tim had me back up and running with a new thermostat in no time. Great at troubleshooting and communicating to me the whole time. Didn't force me to upgrade my whole system. He met me where I was at to keep on working with our old system a little longer. Unreliable. Get backup bids because you can't count on these guys to follow through. I had a home addition that needed a hvac rework. Temp Pro was close by my house, so I gave them a try. Tim comes out, says he can handle it, and promises to bid the job. I rely on his representations. Then, almost a month passes, and he never responds. I ask him what's going on. It takes him another week to send a brief email saying he doesn't have the bandwidth. Ok, that happens, but why wait a month, and a follow up email from me, to respond? If they can't handle little simple things (like basic communication), I'm glad they're not doing work at house. Too unreliable. read more

Unfortunately, I had bad experience with this company. Technician David couldn't diagnose the problem and kept charging me for service calls, cleaning, recharging, changing wires etc. Eventually he gave up and said that the only solution was to replace entire system due to its age, however he never figured out why exactly the system was failing. I decided to get a second opinion. Their competitor showed up, diagnosed the system in 10 minutes for free, found out that the compressor was failing and all things that Temperature Pro tried to do were absolutely unnecessary. He also quoted $1200 less than Temperature Pro for replacing with the exactly same units. Always get a second opinion and take your money somewhere else. read more

These guys are not pros. They are clearly incompetent at everything they do. Misdiagnosed a problem (low CFM), came up with the solution that was not relevant - remove the air bypass. Sealed bypass holes improperly that ended up in a big hole leaking air. (I let it dry for 5 hours) So, I had to do everything by myself. I am not a pro, but how did I manage after watching a bunch of youtube videos to actually diagnose a root cause and seal everything properly in such a way that everything works now even better than I originally expected? Do they hire random people who has no idea how to do their job? On a positive side while I was diagnosing/debugging my HVAC I discovered a lot more other problems and fixed them too. On a flip side, it was an installer fault for all these problems I had to address (TemperaturPro) ps. I am not for hire. Just saying that anybody can do their job a lot better by themselves than this company employees do. read more

Despite getting off to a rocky start around 24/7 services, which is an error on the webpage, TemperaturePro came out 3 times last week for a broken AC. The last being a yearly maintenance call. All 3 of the techs were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining WHY my system was broken and how it was fixed. Tim is the best. He and his crew came out to remove mold from some ducts and vents, install scrubbers, and help us solve the problem of why we had mold in our AC system in the first place. There were some complexities along the way, and Tim pushed through to find us answers, and do an incredibly thorough job. He found issues our last AC guys didn't find, the people who did our insulation missed, AND *very important* he found a whole host of mold that the mold inspector missed. I really can't say enough..
