Went there a month ago and they told me they didn't carry the shirts I wanted to order; therefore, I ordered them myself. They have sign on door that they are open on Saturdays so I made a special trip to have them add names on shirts and they were closed. I went in yesterday and found out they did carry that shirt that I had to order myself and found out they will not print names on shirts that you ordered yourself. Also, they charge to much for their services. I went to Branded and they were wonderful with good prices. read more

Went in on a Friday evening before closing with our request - put our logo on front & back of shirts we brought in and try to have before Wednesday. I spoke to the owner, and she reassured me that yes - they could do that for the 20 or so shirts I brought in. I received the quote (yes, a tad expensive, but realizing they were rushing an order for us) and they completed according to our instructions and I got the call to pick up on Tuesday, ahead of schedule. I can't believe I haven't written a review for the AMAZING folks at Big Frog yet. I have been using Bog Frog for my annual celebrity golf t-shirts for about 3 years. They rock my socks every single time. Customer service is on point. Shirt selection is FANTASTIC Price is suuuuper reasonable considering the turn around time is generally 1 day. Having used Big Frog more than a handful of times at this point I can say with complete confidence that they will get your job done quickly and correctly. I generally e-mail my request over and get everything handled electronically unless I need to feel or try on the shirt. The only downside is the hours. Saturday is only 10am-2pm and Sunday they are closed. This hasn't actually affected me but it could be troublesome so plan ahead! read more

We were out and about just having a little bit of a family day and stopped in here to see what they offered in T-Shirts for my daughter. She plays soccer and I was hoping to get some practice shirts with her name on them. Well they had a ton of stuff to choose from. They do a printing process to get the shirts design, so if you do a darker grey or even red shirt you will have to settle for dark colors. But they do have lots of nice quality shirts in many colors. The other cool thing is that they will make you up a shirt right on the spot and even help you with the design. We couldn't make are decision right there and we had some designs in mind to come back with later to put on a bandana. The customer service was friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to help us with my numerous questions. One thing that sets this place apart from other "T-Shirt Shops" is the clean sharp appearance of the place. Too many T-shirt places are a disaster and cluttered and dusty. Can't wait to bring back my designs and have them come to reality. read more

** Regarding the response from Big Frog Mgr, unfortunately forcing me to respond because it is very misleading. Obvious the dysfunction and terrible customer service trickles down to from the owner and has created a never responsible environment, below is a break down of what really occurred. - I was shopping in a grocery store in a very sentimental sweatshirt from my daughters competition that occurred only a month prior, when I returned home I noticed a bleach spot, the bleach was spilled on a products packaging I purchased at the grocery store and transferred onto the sweatshirt when I picked it up off the shelf, and I did not purchase any bleach. - Called the grocery store and talked to the Mgr. and the Mgr immediately apologized and told me to get a quote for a new sweatshirt. Now that is actually customer service and taking responsibility. - Went to Big Frog to get a quote and choose a sweatshirt and was told the design would not be an issue, all that was mentioned was that some colors would pop out better on white, never anything else. But I wanted to stick with the original color that was sold at the competition and also worry about stains with a white sweatshirt. - My husband picked up the sweatshirt and upon pickup even ASKED the employee if the sweatshirt needs to be washed or anything else prior to wearing and was told NO, my husband even called on the way home and was excited to let me know I can wear it right away. * If Big Frog is now saying not washing was the issue then why is the first I am hearing of this? When the colors came off on the seat during the call I even mentioned if not washing the sweatshirt was an issue and was told no, and was told what I was stating occurring was impossible. The letters were even coming off the back of the sweatshirt when wiped with a napkin, obvious this was a defective print job. - I wore the sweatshirt and picked up my daughters from school, arrived home and noticed the ink transferred onto my leather seats. I tried many methods, magic eraser etc... and couldn't get the ink off. So I called Big Frog hoping they knew how to remove the ink, my concern right now was the leather seats. - The female employee at Big Frog did not know what to do, and I was transferred to another employee (male) who was extremely rude and did not believe me (this is where the real problem began). - The employee was extremely rude and brushed me off time and time again on the phone call. So I started to email pics and videos to the business. I was basically told what I was saying was not possible, and the ink on the seats do not match the sweatshirt. Even though I sent a video of a napkin (clean) wiping against the sweatshirt with ink transferring directly onto the napkin and lettering coming off the sweatshirt. When I called back to confirm a new round of pics were received a woman answered the phone and I asked if I can please speak to the owner or the Manager of the male employee, the woman uncomfortably whispered he was the actual owner. I knew now this was going to be more difficult than I thought. - Next my husband called in, none of us understood even with all the video evidence and pics nobody was taking responsiblility at Big Frog or even offering any resolutions. My husband was promptly told when he called by the owner that they do not sell defective products, the owner was not budging and even was asked if he saw the video to which he said yes. - This went on through multiple more calls and even more emails, and time and time again explained the same thing to the owner that the video and pics are indisputable, not sure to this why that had to be explained multiple times . My husband also told the owner he is not a "yelper" but was thinking of creating an account just because of how terrible this experience has been. That is when things changed - Then the owner offered to have someone clean the seats and when confronted about his attitude and not taking responsibility he said he was just protecting his business. What? Protecting your business from getting more customers? - At that point we did not want to accept any assistance from this business or have to deal with them further. My husband and I agreed to tell Big Frog we took care of the seats ourselves, we actually had them cleaned professionally. - In the end the response from the Mgr to my initial review seems to be the same culture of the owner by not taking responsibility and twisting the events. I would not have sent this reply if the Mgr or owner accepted responsibility and acknowledged we received a defective product and were not treated up to their standards. - I will not leave this review up permanently as I believe everyone deserves another chance, and in this case another and another lol, but hopefully this post helps this business recognize the importance of those who patronize their business, how they should be treated, and prevents anyone from be treated like this again. read more

Here's the background...my boss emailed me on a Friday morning asking if I could have a tshirt made for him and shipped internationally by Monday. Ah! Anthony at Big Frog was amazing! He not only got the tshirt printed in 24 hrs, he worked with the artwork I gave him to make sure it would look good on the shirt. He and the rest of the team at Big Frog were lifesavers, and the shirts turned out great given the short time line we had to work with. They even threw in an extra shirt for free because they weren't happy with how the first print turned out and fixed it. Ruined my order badly. Owner could not care! Colors not right, not centered, etc....Was on a major time crunch due to the error. Wound up going to Custom Ink on Gateway Drive in South Reno instead. Custom Ink got my order perfect the first time and expedited it for me. Just went to the Custom Ink office and picked it up within 24 hours!!! They even offered to ship it to me overnight at no extra cost. Now that's customer service! And no, I have no affiliation with them except the fact I was forced to do business with them and thank God I did! I will never, ever go back to Big Frog again. The owner needs to learn the ABC's of taking care of her customer's. She is horrible! The worst owner I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Even when it is blatantly their fault at Big Frog the owner has an "Oh Well" attitude. Quite disheartening. It's a shame, too.
