A woman from AAA called & apologized for the delay, explaining that something must have happened with the tow service that was supposed to arrive at 4 & that she would call to see if she could locate another tow service. 30+ minutes later, after making multiple calls to locate one, she called with the good news that one had been located & would arrive soon. At 6:01am City Wide 24 Hour Towing came to the rescue, after having called twice to let us know he was arriving soon. By 6:20 the car had already been carefully & expertly pulled out & unloaded onto the street. He even came to the door & helped carry my sister's groceries to her car & she was able to leave & get back home at 6:21. By 6:27 he was able to leave, too.
