this is a bullsh place. they have been in cahoots with the Florissant and Hazelwood police agencies for 50. They towed my vehicle on a Sunday but wouldnt let me retrieve it on sunday and charged me 50 extra dollars for Sunday and that there is a scam in itself. I hope my husband and I never have to deal with these people ever again. Not only are these people rude but we were charged $335 to get our car out of impound after it was stolen out of our driveway. My husband called up there and talked to a woman and he was just wanting to know if the $50 a day fee could be removed and she told him that if he didn't stop pressing the issue that she would add on another $50. I think certain circumstances shouldn't be charged. You shouldn't have to pay to get your stolen property out of impound. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I definitely would. My wife called them out because she has a flat tire 2 hours from home. Guy wanted to charge $170 to change her flat to her spare tire. We didn't have a choice with me being 6 hours away so I said screw it. Let him take care of it. He then comes back and say the Spare tire supposively "wouldn't fit". Brand new spare came with brand new car. Anyways, he finally called around to get a new tire even though he assured us he doesn't put on new tires. He didnt even know how to read the tire size. I had to get on the phone FaceTime and tell him the tire size. He can't find the tire supposively (my wife said he was still telling tire companies the wrong tire size) then threatens to tow my wife's car if we didn't pay the $170. Incompetent employee and wants $170 to unscrew 4 lug nuts but not put the spare on? or he's gonna tow it? Not our fault they sent someone who didn't know what they were doing at all. By the way. Someone hit my car and before we were even asked Bolin was on the scene and towing cars. I have AAA, there is no way i would have paid $202 to have my car towed. Wasn't given an option. I have medicine in my car that i need asap and paperwork for travel in a week and now i have to pay $202 to get my things out of MY car. Police report is taking too long to get to get lady's insurance info so i am even more inconvenienced. Not to mention service is aways horrible. The people are mean when you talk to them. My husband was in a car accident and the city of Hazelwood contacted Bob Bolin to tow his car. He was unable to retrieve the items that he left in the car and now Bob Bolin is telling him that he can't even come into the yard due to Covid. This is a company car and I understand that he is not the legal owner, however there are personal belongings in there that he can not get to. One of them being a Valentine's gift from my 8 year old son. I would rather push my vehicle somewhere than to use this company . This company is a scam and they are working with the St. Louis county police department to scam you out of your money. if you get in and accident make sure you get all of your things out of it they will try to scam you $120 to get your things out of your car. They are contracted with the Saint Louis county police department so they will skip all the close towing companies to help them get service to they're towing company. Customer service was horrible for this company. The guy who called me to ask me, if a person was on the way with the keys was rude. My reply was that he would arrive in less than 10 minutes. He raised his voice and said he couldn't have him waiting. Completely understand, but this guy shouldn't have raised his voice. Also, a friend who was dropping off the key said he arrived (it wasn't even 10 minutes, more like 2 minutes) and the guy told him "I'm not taking the car anymore the service was cancelled" in an arrogant tone. My friend got upset, so he asked him to leave the property. The towing guy then replied "give me the keys" . How are you going to say that service was cancelled and then ask for the keys?
