So I've already been saying that with all these different restaurants, the only thing The Ville is…read moremissing is a Haitian Restaurant... BOOM, Outta nowhere, we got one! I'm gonna let the pictures speak for themselves because between the rice tasting well cooked and the griot being a great addition, I'd say you'd get a great taste of what Haitian Cuisine is like! Right now the restaurant's a little start-up spot to come and grab a bite, and enjoy the outside open air with bench/picnic seats ready to seat you and your cuisine to eat, the time it took to get your food ready-made took less than 10-15 mins. So if you're on break for lunch, looking to grab something for a personal dinner, or just tryna to find a quaint spot to sit before you place your order, this is the place to be... my only complaint is that although I'm full, I wish I had more in my plate for seconds! Come & Grab A Bite!

We especially loved the shareable feasts. Such a nice touch that they bring out a complimentary shrimp sampler with your drinks while you wait! The service was exceptional. Our servers were friendly, fast, and incredibly attentive. We never had to ask for anything, including drink refills--they were always one step ahead. The atmosphere was impressive. The restaurant was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the background music created a relaxed vibe. I also loved that kids can draw on the paper tablecloths, and there are TVs at the bar if you're catching a game. It's a fantastic place for lunch, but it would also make a great date night spot. We ordered the blue crabs, shrimp, crawfish, and snow crab, and every single item was cooked to perfection. The flavors were outstanding, and even the sweet tea was perfect--not overly sweet, just right. If you're anywhere near Brunswick, Mr. Shuck's is an absolute must-try. We'll definitely be back!

Normally when…read morea restaurant is associated with its own seafood market you know the food is going to be good and Mr. Shuck's did not disappoint. The restaurant might be a bit fancier than your typical seafood establishment in the area, but don't let that fool you, as the food is still good down home cooked. There is a mixture of booth and table with Chair seating Hailey provided us with excellent service for our meal. The wife, daughter and I all ordered the Scored fried Whole Flounder. They dish is offered either dipped in flour or dusted with cornmeal. Since we never had Flounder with cornmeal before we all went in that direction. Compared to scored whole flounder with flour, having it dusted in cornmeal was much lighter then flour without sacrificing the crispiness this dish demands. For sides, the wife ordered battered Potatoes and slaw, I had battered Potatoes and Corn on the Cob, while the daughter went with Fried Okra and slaw. All three of us left, fat, happy and satisfied.
