    What we ordered
    Lynne A.

Food was very delicious and came very quickly but if you've eaten seafood you know it doesn't take long, the flavors were garlic butter and Cajun seafood tasted delightful. Only thing I didn't like was our waitress Candy she was walking away while taking our order seemed as if she was in a hurry we were there around 9pm...... as well as bringing us our bill when we didn't ask for it very rude. If the service was better 5 stars would have been given.

    Calvin the manager

Calvin is the manager and has the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed. As someone who works in the service industry, I can say with confidence he needs to be in another line of business that's not customer facing. He lacks any business acumen and basic decorum. Take your money somewhere that values you and your dollar.

I have to say, we were very happy with the food here! We are big fish and chips lovers....which we originally tried and didn't care for the fried fish! But, that being said, everything else has been great!! Even the breaded chicken wings(and at a seafood place). If you love coconut shrimp, it's a must have here, although the dipping sauce is not what I prefer(good even without it). Our daughter loves the boil in a bag crab and says it's great!! Oh, and the service....top notch! Every time we've gone, everyone has been super friendly and given us excellent services!! Only one request I'd have...please change the music...little hard for us older folks haha

The wife and I Stopped here for lunch. The service was good, my wife had the muscle and clams, I had the Blue crab and scallops. The scallops was ok. The blue crab was way over cooked. 2 stars because wife's food was ok and the service was good.

Laquesha greeted and sat us down!! She gave us great recommendations and we ate and ate!! Sooo good!! Great food and great service!! We will be back! Highly recommend!

This restaurant is big and lots of fun places to do photo shoots for memory making.

I would recommend the shrimp boil to anyone. It is very reasonably priced. Lots of parking lots of room in the restaurant. There is a big bar. Lots of side rooms. It's a great place.

Stopped in on our way back from Disney. Best seafood we've had in a long time! I don't know how anyone can't like this place. We will definitely be back!

Food is frozen pre battered. Utensils are plastic. Should just close as eventually they will have to because they will have no business.

I mentioned that it was my husband's birthday, and the staff went all out...they brought him a complimentary dessert, sang Happy Birthday, and even put the Mr. Shuck's chain on him for the celebration. He loved it! And of course, we had to celebrate properly with Hennessy Sidecars and a couple shots of Hennessy. Great food, great service, and such a fun birthday vibe. Mr. Shuck's was the perfect way to start my husband's birthday celebration. We'll definitely be back!

I accidentally locked my keys in car, along with my purse, when planning to eat here. I walked in empty handed and explained my plight to the young woman serving as the hostess. She was an absolute pleasure and immediately stepped up to help. She checked to see if anyone in the back had a coat hanger and could help. Sadly no luck there but she then shared a name of a local towing company she was familiar with and recommended. After calling for help and receiving a 30 min ETA she sat me in Amber's section. I explained that my wallet was locked in my car but she took my order and shared a "burnt toast" concept that made me smile. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and pleasant in every way but what stood out the most was how helpful and kind these two were. Sadly, it took me a while to write this review and after a few weeks I seem to have forgotten the hostess's name. I can share that she was blond, younger and was filling in at that moment because she made the croissant that I ate. I've never eaten at a Cheddar's before but these two made this experience absolutely exceptional. I left a big tip for Amber but couldn't for my primary hero because she left for a Florida road trip before I could reach the cash in my wallet. I'm hoping her spectacular energy and intentions come back to her tenfold though...she truly saved the day for me!

With the mixed reviews, we knew were were in for a great meal or a bad one, we were not expecting anything in between. It clearly leaned toward the later. The cleanliness of the dishes were hit in miss. You could pick up a plate or fork and it would have dried food on and so you go get another. The restaurant itself is very large and looks really nice. We were very happy with the service provided to us. The best thing on the menu was the fried pork chop, fried chicken, and mashed potatoes. OK as long as she's had plenty of sauce, but I didn't see the fried ribs they were talking about that I was looking forward to trying. The fried shrimp was popcorn shrimp and wasn't great and they didn't offer fish this night or at least we didn't see it. Most if not all the vegetables were cold and had little flavor. The worst dish by far was the fried Okra. One bite and I was done From the dessert bar I enjoyed the banana pudding and had two helpings. The wife thought the pecan pie was pretty good. She absolutely hated the lemon meringue pie which was grainy in texture an overly sweet. And both of us thought the coconut cream pie was not good at all. Again if you're a big eater and you like quantity and lots of options, this place is perfect for you but for us it's not a good deal.
