They sent out TEMP LABORERS they were paying 18.00 an hour to deliver our goods. I filled out a claim form that the driver provided and told us they would repair the damage to our brand new floors. We never heard anything from them, and when I called 2 months later to discuss it they had no record of a damage report. It trickles from the top down in their organization and they charged us 1500.00 extra for the delivery saying our driveway was inaccessible. If they hired competent help that could navigate a truck it wouldn't be an issue as we have had many many subsequent deliveries of furniture and applicances of trucks of equal or larger size. BUYER BEWARE. They are awful.

The day started with a fiasco at U-Haul in Milo on Railroad. They didn't have the 20' truck we…read morereserved due to engine failure. Then they were going to provide a 10' truck with a trailer. After filling out all the paperwork and going to hook up the trailer it had a flat tire. Disappointing since this had all been arranged days before. Luckily Home Depot had 1 11' moving truck left. It actually saved us over $200 over the U-Haul route. Lesson learned. But back to the PODS location. We had loaded a 16' POS up in California about 6 weeks ago. The unloading process in Hilo was wonderful. Shane bent over backwards to help us even though we had to make 2 trips from Hilo to Waikoloa Village. Still trying to resolve this issue, as they do not follow up. They asked for photos to prove that the movers on the other end did not unpack because "they are getting 2 sides to the story". Why would I contact them about that if there was no problem? I have better things to do with my time than deal with their stonewalling. Very unprofessional company.
