    My car had damage to the right side doors from a hit and run in a parking lot. My insurance company…read moreappraised it and I called the Auto Body Clinic. Took it in and there's where the fun started. Call1, they're waiting on parts. Call 2 your car should be ready Friday. Call 3 your car is in the paint shop. Call 4 now they say they can't start repairs until my insurance company approves the supplemental estimate. My insurance company said that was approved a week before. All of these status reports came from the woman who answers their phone. When I asked her why there were so many conflicting reports she started to yell over the phone. I attempted to ask another question and she continued yelling at me and talking over me. To say she was unprofessional is like saying Hitler was hard to get along with. She is obnoxious, argumentative and foul mouthed. I can't believe she still works there. I'm sure polite, customer service oriented people are looking for jobs. She is the reason I would hesitate going there again. Also, the final cost ended up being twice the initial estimate almost to the penny. Curiouser and curiouser!!?

We had our ray band sunglasses taken out of a compartment, $53 also taken out of a different compartment, all our change and a lock with a set of keys on it. A phone and vape was also found in our truck (not ours). When I spoke to a very nice gentlemen he said call back to speak with Stevie. He did say that is odd as we don't spend time in the vehicles. When I called Stevie he was clearly ready for my call and was short, abrupt and stated, I heard and this did not happen at our shop, the phone and vape was found when we cleaned your truck. It's very sad how the call was handled and changes my view on the professionalism at this location. I would have expected a different response to make this right over a very small amount of money. Sometimes it's all about how things are handled and determine what a customer will do in the future.

    Kevin & Tim were super helpful & efficient at this Safelite location…read more I was at the Safelite in Peabody at 4:20pm on Saturday 3/7/26, looking for appointments available online. I went in, and there was no one in the office. As I was leaving, a man came out at approximately 4:25pm and said they were too busy to even look at my car. They didn't look busy, at all, there were no cars in the bay. I saw online that the Beverly location had an appointment at 4:30, so I rushed there and the guys at the Beverly location were more than helpful, even though I was a few minutes late due to being at the Peabody location. They were ready to take it in, easy going, friendly and super helpful. I should have come here first. They said it was no big deal, and took 10 minutes to fix the very tiny crack in my windshield. They made the process very easy. The difference in customer service at the Peabody & Beverly locations is astonishing. If you need any windshield repair in the North Shore, Beverly is far superior to the Peabody location with assistance, customer service, and you'll be in and out in no time! I will add, that it's impossible to get through to ANY Safelite location through their phones with the new AI system. I was able to connect after 4 attempts to a centralized call center, but Safelite as a whole should make it possible for local customers to contact their local locations. I was informed Safelite fired all of their local customer service reps since bringing in the AI phone systems (that aren't helpful), so you're better off going to the location to speak to someone.

    I waited a week for my appointment during this snowpocalypse. There was supposed to be a second…read moresnow on Sunday, Feb 1st, so I was a bit worried, but they contacted me literally a dozen times betwen when I scheduled the appointment and Tuesday morning where my appointment was from 8am - 12pm, and I asked about snow and all they ever said was they needed room around the car. Finally at a few minutes before 11 am, the driver called me from a personal cell phone so I almost didn't answer it, and said there's snow on my driveway and because they use sharp tools, etc, he said he wasn't sure he could do the job, but that he would call his manager. He called back five minutes later and said he was going to have his manager call me. After ten minutes, I called the driver back and he said, the manager would call me shortly but he already left for his next job. Epic Fail. I will never use Safelite again and I will use the rest of my life to spreading this story over the internet. I don't have time for this. I will make sure my insurance company knows how I feel about this as well as anyone else that will listen to me.
