I had two tires put on my Kia some years ago. The service was awesome!!! You aren't there long, very quick service. I was going back to have two more tires put on, but the car had mechanical problems and I had to get rid of it. At that time I couldn't afford brand new tires, so I did the next best thing. It is now time for tires on my present car, and again I will go to Joe's and see if they can help me. I might be able to get a good quote on some newer tires. My oldest son referred me to Joe's. I have been searching around to find mechanics to help remove the wheel locks from my Mini Cooper since the previous owner had lost them. While I do not have much knowledge on cars, I know what prices are reasonable or not and Big Joe's is super reasonable! Mini Cooper wheel locks aren't like any other normal wheel locks either so I appreciate Big Joe's doing their best to assist me. They even rotated my tires! My review is late, but this is a great place for tires. I came last minute because I needed some back tires for my car as I was told by the dealership when I got two front new tires& on top of that I needed a bad wheel alignment. My tires got looked at when I brought my car here and was told that my tires were still good for a while but because i needed the alignment they went ahead and changed my tires. They gave me my back tires just Incase i ever were to need them. Great customer service and honest people! Would recommend to anyone. read more

Unbelievable! My wife and daughters had a tire problem an hour out of Stockton. I randomly started calling tire shops and these guys picked up at 8pm (I spoke with Joe). They closed at 7pm, BUT HE CAME BACK and opened up to replace a horse trailer tire at 9pm. It doesn't end there. 15 min after leaving, we had a truck tire problem and limped back for THAT repair. He helped out and we were on the road at 10pm. He would NOT take $$ for this service and he and his co-worker (Richard) proved to be a shining light of service in a very dark world. Wow!
