I came here the day before a road trip. Thank the heavens that I did because my rear tires were torn from the inside so I couldn't see them from the outside. I initially came in because I thought my tires needed to be balanced. Turns out coming in here saved me from being broken down on the side of the highway or worse. It was the week after a long weekend and I had been to 2 other tire places that said they were too busy. I called this place and asked how much balancing a tire cost, they said $10. Once I bought in my car they looked at it and saw that I needed new rear tires. I got 2 new rear tires and an oil change for a good price. Other places in the area were charging $20 more for an oil change. I like getting my tires from Costco but I didn't have the time to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. They gave me the wrong battery for my Tahoe twice and overcharged me for it. Now I have to try and get my money back and get a battery that's right for my vehicle. We drove to the pacific location, the staff helped us pick out some nice rims and tires. The staff had knowledge of our situation and gave us some helpful advice. The staff handled my situation with care. We purchased 4 tires locks and the staff threw in more locks. We walked out there very satisfied. Got oil changed in my 2016 dodge journey in November 2022 and less than two months I had to add oil not taking my cars there again

We were out in Stockton and when we were heading home, I made a sharp u turn and my car began to feel like it had a flat. None of the tires were flat but decided to find a shop that was open and could take a look before making the trip home. Luckily, PK Tires was open and was only 5 minutes away After checking the car over, there was nothing wrong. I just pulled the wheel too far. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE A SCAM!! My sister had a horrible experience with them! Also, when she took her car back to a decent shop, they found more broken parts! Please read (in her words): I usually don't say anything negative about my experience with different businesses. If it's bad I just don't return but I haven't had my car in over a week so I wanted to share my experience with PK tires on Pacific. I spent over 1100 dollars with them for work that was supposed to be done on my car. I spent an extra 500 with a different shop,on work that should have already been done. So I wouldn't be out of more money accurate transmission suggests I take my car back to PK tires to have them redo my thermostat that I already paid for. They thought a good business would honor their work and correct their mistake, not at all. The mechanic from PK tires breaks a hose on my thermostat that's important. Tells me it's the weekend so it shouldn't interfere with me working. Tells me to go find the part and he'll repair it. Tells me he won't charge me labor but I will have to pay for my parts. Overall just a nightmare. I have my car towed from their shop. Now not only is my car inoperable it has dents and scrapes all over it. So I would not recommend PK tires to anyone. Mohammed was a real jerk. He first said he didn't break the part and then later said he did. Gave me the parts he broke. It was a horrible experience. I will never do business with them again. I replaced my tires here yesterday, and I have some concerns. First, the only written warranty I could get was 40000 miles hand written on my receipt. There was no formal warranty, and I only got the informal one after calling then coming back in to get it confirmed. Also, the tire doesn't have dot info that says what year the tire was made. Supposedly it is on other sidewall of the tire, but I have to check and see. And I was told it would take an hour, hour and a half max, and it ended up taking almost 3. Worst and most dishonest tire shop around! Never posted such a bad review but man oh man.. sold us a tire today and then the same tire blew within 2 hours. After investigation, it's clear it was a bad tire to begin with. Thank goodness our 6 year old, our dogs and each other are safe and didn't have the fifth wheel trailer attached ! Horrible place to get an alignment!! do not go here I recently came here about 3 months ago because I had jus installed new spindles brakes steering rack tie rods and ADJUSTABLE CASTER CAMBER PLATES on my 1990 mustang so I came in for a SIMPLE ALIGNMENT !!!and let me tell you these guys don't know what they are doing they adjusted it and said that's as far as we can adjust it and it was horrible one wheel was more castered in the other and it was obvious because of how sunk in it looked from the top compared to the other smh !!! Oh and the price was supposed to be 60 but they ended up charging me 160 BECAUSE IT WAS MORE DFFICULT I went to another shop on 6 street and el dorado and they fixed it for me now wheels look plush with my car for only 60 dollars !!! DO NOT GO HERE!! PK TIRES was incompetent and negligent!!! Brought my car in for low pressure alert for one of the back tires. Supervisor said they "checked it out" and there was nothing wrong with the tire, so they filled it up, and I was on my way. As I was driving to work in the Bay Area, alert showed dangerously low tire pressure in the same tire. These guys are great! I got a flat tire in my prius plug in. This car has no spare tire because of the extra battery in the trunk, so I had it towed to their shop. I wanted a specialty tire, so they ordered them for me. They even lent me a spare so I could drive my car for the day. They also got me my tires for $80 cheaper than anybody else I talked to. I will admit the service was nice. But the labor and job they did was trash. I came in and got new tires. On both of my cars. One of the cars was driving funny after they went and changed the back ones. After trying to ask them is there something they can do. They ignore my calls multiple times. This place is not good. After the man at the front desk tried to sell me every thing in his operation after only asking for new tires. He gave me new tires and put my lug nuts on waaay too tight. We were on the side of the road JUMPING on the tire wrench to loosen them (this also strips the trek on the lug nuts). He told me anything happens to the tire and it doesn't pop its replaceable. I called him back telling him it wasn't keeping air, and he told me to bring it in, they'd only replace it if it was a nail in the tire. Another skeezy shop only wanting your money not caring about their customers. While talking to him over the phone, he then hung up on me. I've never felt so poorly taken care of by some place that I paid that much money at. Save yourself the grief and don't go here. read more

I had work done there a few times, and last year I was in the East Coast and had my wife take my truck back to have a sound checked coming from the rear end we had them replace. Find out when they installed the rear end, the did not check the rear end fully and had to do more work, and the emergency brakes we paid for during this time, they did not even install. Now I had tires replaced and PK was the last people to touch my vehicle, they only replaced 4 of the rear lug nuts on the truck, when there was 6 lugs prior to this. Also, they again come to find out charged us for brakes they never placed on the vehicle, and the noise we took the vehicle back for, from which they supposedly fixed was never even worked on. Thus, we will be contacting CAB BAR to file a formal complaint. I would never recommend this place, seem to me they begin as good but end up charging for work never completed or done. read more
