I called right when the business was closing with an emergent tire situation and they waited for me. I was traveling for work and they accommodated me and my needs, even bringing in a specialist on his day off to do the work so I could get home. They welded my cracked wheel so I didn't have to purchase new wheels, which is fantastic and very reasonably priced. I'm very satisfied with the repair, I drove from Stockton to Alameda, California the next day and I have had no issues with my wheel since! Terrible Service and Mishandling of My Vehicle My service experience with Tire Palace, I came here to get new tires, and while the tires themselves are good and I'm happy with them, the way my vehicle was treated in their care was unacceptable. The staff was careless, and after they made a mistake, they tried to cover it up instead of owning up to it. To make matters worse, they were argumentative, rude, and completely ignored the situation and hid after video footage shows them working on my vehicle but won't show them working where the damage was. If you have a nice car, **do not** bring it here. They showed no respect for my vehicle and handled the situation terribly. I would NOT recommend this place if you're looking for any kind of proper service. read more

A set of tires come with balance& alignment I'm told (now), yet they want to charge me $50 even though their sign states free alignment with set of 4 tires. They also said I needed brakes & rotors in back; the business that replaced front brakes & rotors checked and said NO. On our way over to the Bay, we got a flat tire and quickly changed to a spare. Because we still had quite a long drive, we decided we needed to at least patch our punctured tire. After quickly searching for nearby places to where we stopped, we called in and were quickly helped by the team at Tire Palace. About 20 minutes later, they were able to find the punctured area, patch it up, test, and reinstalled our tire for us. We made to to the bay and back to Sacramento on the tire, so they definitely did an excellent job. read more

We were having an issue with our SUV. I called them to see if they could take us as we were driving by which is how we originally found them. We were told to come on in so we did. Even without an appointment on a busy, late Saturday afternoon, we didn't wait long to be assisted. They were able to diagnose the issue, check for parts and provide a quote all within 30 minutes of them taking the vehicle into the bay. We did have to wait about 90 minutes for the work to get done (again, no appointment) so we thought that to be reasonable. Great customer service. We plan to return to get a couple new tires in a couple months. read more

Went in for an alignment because my car was wobbling and pulling to left a bit, got it "aligned" and then was told the shaking was due to a wheel bearing.... Went somewhere else and was told my tires were off balance and got new tires and lo and behold.... No more shaking or pulling to the left... scammed me out of an alignment and almost scammed me out of "fixing" a wheel bearing... beware when coming here they'll try and take advantage. read more

They fuxking suck!!!! DON'T GO HERE. I went there for a simple alignment, and I left with my alignment worse than what it was when I brought it in. I tried going back, but it was already too late in the day so the following day, I called them in the morning. I had a brief conversation with them and they hung up on me. I pulled up to ask them to check my alignment and if it was off again, I would just want my money back and they said that they would not do that. They don't do refunds. We had started to go back-and-forth because how are they going to make my alignment worse than what it was before? I wasn't having it and they ended up giving me my money back, but they were super disrespectful and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anybody going here. read more
