    Yes we are.

Look at Google maps in satellite mode. You can see the tiny lot. Street parking on Navajo Dr should do it for you.

We decided on Gone West Family Restaurant based on their solid reviews and we thought that American food (especially with a Western theme) would be the way to go. When in Rome! We stopped by on a Saturday evening for dinner. Parking is easy in the complimentary lot they share with several other businesses including a Chinese restaurant right next door. Ambiance (4.5/5): Pretty much what I was hoping for. Gone West is a spacious restaurant with one large dining room and another large dining room. The difference? The one in the back has a stage where they play live music. So, if you want a quieter atmosphere, choose the first room. If you want to enjoy some live music while you dine and drink, choose the back room. We sat in the back room. A band played various covers while we were there which we enjoyed. The decor is also awesome with a lot of Western and country decor including John Wayne, Johnny Cash, and more. Service (4/5): The hostess was super nice and accommodating which was a nice way to kick off the experience. Our waiter was pretty solid. He could have stopped by a little more frequently, but overall, did quite well. Drinks (4/5): I went with an Arnold Palmer (they only had pink lemonade unfortunately) so not a lot to right home about. With that being said, they have a decent beer list and several cocktails. Food (5/5): I went with the Chicken fried steak sandwich with spiral fries. CFS on a sandwich?! I couldn't say no. Country fried steak is one of my favorite Southern dishes, but I've never had it on a sandwich before. Check out their concept: breaded steak on a bed of mashed potatoes topped with green onions, gravy, and a fried egg with your choice of side. This was a great sammie! It was quite messy, but given how delicious it was, I didn't mind. The fries were delicious too, and it was a generous portion. The type of portion where you can easily have leftovers. Everything I was hoping for and more in this dining experience. While the food options in Page aren't vast (and as impressive as larger cities), Gone West should be at the top of your list!

There is a misleading sign next to the table that states that you will have 3% deducted from bill if paying cash. It also states that 3% will be added if paying card. I went here based on a recommendation and took my mom and sister thinking we were getting authentic Mexican food (we're from Virginia). Overall the service was mediocre, nothing to cry or gleam about. The quality of the food was meh, but for the price it was horrendous, especially the meal for 2 which was around 54 dollars. Tacos were greasy and just met the edible level. The reason for the one star is due to the tip issue found in the pictures. They automatically included the tip in the total price and then expected us to tip based on that, essentially meaning you could leave a tip of around 40%!!! The quality and service is maybe 3 stars, but this shady tactic to target tourist is unacceptable. Really shameful on a business aspect.

Right hand side Korean. Ordered Korean- * japchae bap * ramen coated Korean corn dog - half cheese half hot dog * Korean fried chicken wings Hubby wanted the wings. No dressing. Some of the wings still showed pink. I asked him if fall off the bone. He said no. He's not a picky eater. I would have been uneasy. I had the japchae. It was a very generous serving. Little bits of beef. Too many green bell peppers. Just right amount of carrots and yam noodles. Served atop rice. A meal in itself. I'd been wanting to try a Korean corn dog but didn't want to pay Bay Area prices. So I ordered one here. It came laced with ketchup & mustard. I was already content with my japchae bap so I only ate half. But I'll give it a try when I get back home for comparison. The business is run by a Korean couple. The wife came out of the kitchen to ask us if we enjoyed the food. Of course we did. They are transplants from Los Angeles. Who knew there'd be an authentic Korean restaurant here. Located in a strip mall with Safeway as the anchor. P.S. we bought a egg & tuna gimbap rolls for later. We had it the next day. Still very good.

We got to the restaurant 25 minutes before they close, yet they still take us in. Excellent customer service! My kids said these are one of the best Korean food they had. Love the glass noodles in the soup, just perfect! Highly recommended!!

Then the service sucks.. so you know you are not going to give them tip. But then you will see on your receipt, 18% Gratuity added automatically. I asked the waiter and she said that for 4 or more party, 15% for 1-4 party and or if you order the BBQ combo.. WTF?? Isn't this a BBQ place?? And don't force us to tip specially if the food and service is Bad. There were three customers complaining bout the gratuity. The menu is expensive.. specially the beef combo. You get two short ribs, a slap of bulgogi and shredded beef.. it all tasted the same... horrible.. like eating softened beef jerky. Except for the short ribs. They marinated it with kalbi sauce.. and the water was really cold. That was the only good thing.. Stay away from this place.. better eat somewhere else.. Don't be like me and other customers. Trust the review from other website.. I didn't get to take a Photo of the grill.. we left most of the meat there just so they can't re-use or re-serve it to other customers. This place sucks.. trust the reviews of real customers not of those paid reviewers.

The restaurant has lots of seating and feels very laid-back and great for the end of a long day on the lake. I had one of the craft beers, Camp fire kolsch, which was delicious. For food I got the Hot Honey chicken sandwich, grilled- which was fantastic. We ordered a side of fries as the burgers do not come with fries. As for service, our server was very to-the-point, not quite friendly but not rude. It was okay for me because I was ready to be done for the day, but most of our party didn't feel welcomed by our server's attitude and we're all generally easy going. We paid our bill with cash, when our server came back with the receipt he dropped it with us and left with the change. I try to make a point of tipping generously, at least 20% but I'm not really okay with someone helping themselves to a 40% tip. He came back after a few minutes of us sitting there (wondering if he forget or really took off with our change) and gave us our change- we still left 20% for him because maybe it was just a forgetful moment... All in all, good food and drink, service could use some polishing.
