You can tell this place is full of car enthusiasts! Tarnue (the best salesman I've encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I can't wait to do business with them when I'm in the market again!

I was told the vehicle was cheap because of some sensor issues but the fuel injectors were messed up amongst other things. I've spent 9,000 fixing it and it still isn't running. They told me to only take it to mechanics that specialize on foreign vehicles but the shop that does inspections for the vehicles they sell does not. They suggested I take the car to said shop and they themselves told me they don't specialize on foreign vehicles and had no idea what was wrong with my car. Yet they're the ones who inspected it for Cherry Creek to sell it.

We have already traveled near and far with our new vehicle and got a follow up call from Mason, our customer service rep. Nick, and his team polished our car and also made our interaction quick and easy. We did have to drive another location to complete paperwork, however, the distance was only 4 mins away.

I bought two vehicles from this dealership in 2020 everything was great! Except for the cars. They…read moreoffer a two month 2,000 mile warranty which is great! And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.
