They are only nice and helpful when you're signing the papers and buying the car. After that, the customer service has been horrible. I bought a vehicle that clearly wasn't ready to be sold, yet they still sold it to me. There were multiple things wrong with it, and I had to take it back to the dealership so they could fix it. Since then, there has been little to no communication or updates. I've also been trying to return the vehicle, but they refuse to clearly explain their return policy. I called today and the lady who answered couldn't answer any of my questions. I understand not everyone will know every answer, but if you're answering the phone, you should at least be able to direct customers to someone who can actually help. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I feel like once they got my money, they stopped caring about me as a customer. Please save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else.

I bought my Subaru Forester from Denver Auto Outlet in February 2026 and it has been a nightmare…read moresince day one. Within 24 HOURS, the check engine light came on. I took it back multiple times and every time they said it was "fixed," the light came back on within 30-45 minutes. Honestly, it feels like all they do is clear the codes to get you out the door instead of actually fixing anything. Because of the light, I couldn't pass emissions and my temp tags expired. On one visit they said they'd order a part and call me. I waited a month with no call. I finally called when my tags were 6 days expired and found out they never even ordered the part. When I got ahold of Ceaser about the part and my expired tags, suddenly the part appeared in days. That last time the car was in their care, Ceaser did take it to do emissions himself. I picked it up the next day after they said it was fixed - within 24 hours the check engine light was on AGAIN. Now I'm stuck with a car where the check engine light disables my traction control and cruise control. This dealership just sells messed up cars and clears the light. Zero accountability. Go anywhere else.

I have never felt so welcomed by anyone in the automotive industry as I did at Blue Chip. Truly made me feel like a special customer. And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.
