The part cost $150.00 at the dealership not $257.66. 'Shop Rates' (labor) are $170.00 not $260.00. They charged me $15.00 for 'shop supplies. What shop supplies did they use ? They charged me $15.00 for 'EPA/waste removal.. I took the old part home with me ! Sub total was $647.66!! if i paid cash it would have been $659.17. $12.00 more if I paid cash ? if I paid with a CC it was $698.72. $51.00 more if i used a credit card?! That doesn't even make sense!! They never offered a senior discount when I was at the counter to pay. The never offered a Veterans discount when I was at the counter to pay. Didn't top off brake fluid, even though the light is on, and bottle was sitting right next to the reservoir/master cylinder. Charged me to top off coolant. Looks like they mostly added just water. Was bright green before I brought it in, clear now. Didn't ask me. Charged me to top of washer fluid even though you can clearly see all the lines to the jets are gone. Didn't ask me. Didn't call to let me know it was done. $84+ for less than five minutes work. Won't be back.
