The part cost $150.00 at the dealership not $257.66. 'Shop Rates' (labor) are $170.00 not $260.00. They charged me $15.00 for 'shop supplies. What shop supplies did they use ? They charged me $15.00 for 'EPA/waste removal.. I took the old part home with me ! Sub total was $647.66!! if i paid cash it would have been $659.17. $12.00 more if I paid cash ? if I paid with a CC it was $698.72. $51.00 more if i used a credit card?!
