I had purchased online through Amazon a couple of manuka honey jars and the vendor that sent it to me was Champion Liquidators. I went to open up one of the jars and noticed that there was a lot of crystallization around the rim of the jar and the honey had an unusual consistency. So I proceeded to open up the other jar, and the same thing occurred with the second jar. So after letting Joe know from Champion Liquidators, he was more than willing to make the situation right. Not only did he refund me the shipping fee, but he also sent me 2 new jars to make up for the 2 jars that were not quite up to par. SavvyDeal is also Champion Liquidators. We purchased a Swivel Sweeper Max clearly described as BRAND NEW via eBay. Unfortunately, we received an extremely, extremely USED item with substantial hair and dirt in the bristles, collected dust and dirt in the collection bin, as well as scuffs and scratches all over the sweeper! Additionally, the battery charger was busted and it had some type of gunk inside of the charging port! Furthermore, the battery was completely MISSING! We IMMEDIATELY contacted the company and forwarded all of the pictures that we had taken. Our expectation was that they would offer a replacement item that was in fact brand new or a full refund. However, our issue was continuously delayed while we were repeatedly told that the matter was under "investigation." Finally, I pointed out that their internal investigation into what happened had no bearing on their ability to replace the item or refund our money. The individual in charge of the eBay listing responded with an email essentially stating that we were falsifying our photographic evidence. We requested his name as the account manager, as well as the contact information for his supervisor. We were not provided with either. We still were not offered a replacement and our refund request was refused despite the company's refund policy via their website! There is so much more negative that could be shared about this experience, but it would be very time consuming. We have contacted eBay to file a complaint. We have also filed a complaint with the BBB. There are plenty of other retailers to purchase from. DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
