About a month ago my mom went to get some cheap pots for her plants and saw clearance outside and saw some pots that were on the shelf so she took 1 inside to buy and it didn't ring up as clearance so my mom calmly said she got it from the shelf outside and when this same lady heard her she once again yelled and had an attitude saying it's not clearance even though she wasn't the one ringing her up. My mom now doesn't like going here because the lady was so mean and rude for no reason. We also have went there when it was supposed to be open but the store wasn't and there was a note on the door saying that one of the employees came in to help open but the manager wasn't there and that this wasn't the first time too. This place has now lost our business for how unprofessional and rude this one employee was!

But the product was taken back on the truck same day, so the return was well within the 7 day window. What can I say? Everything here is $1. You get what you pay for. For example, they sell phone charger usb cords for androids but most cords don't work more than a few times, so it's not worth spending a dollar on them here. They have a pretty good selection of helium balloons and they'll blow one up special for you at your request, but they typically only have 1 cashier, so you have to "bother him/her" to get it done for you. Customer service remains to be seen at this store. The primary cashier during the day, I've seen for three years now, and she has the same unchanging personality. (Why am I here? - syndrome) I very rarely have anyone else as a cashier besides the same woman during the day, and she exudes a do not bother me personality. I like to buy my note cards and thank you notes from there. They come 8 notes in a pack for a dollar. I also buy all my gift bags and picture frames here.

It's the least organized of all of them I go to, it's more like a mom and pop hardware store feeling, but it's not so disorganized it feels messy. The booths they have from their vendors also have a lot of really nice stuff. It's not like some of them in town that are full of a bunch of junk. I've gone here every Christmas now for many years to do shopping. Of the things I found here they are by far the cheapest prices of the antique malls in the region. I remember pre-covid I used to go here to hunt for a steal on clothes and usually left with some goodies. On my recent visits I've left often without anything in tow, as I think there are often better deals online. I will say, however, that on our most recent visit my husband was in need of a new suit for work and knowing how expensive suits can be, and that he only needs to wear one a few times a year, it was great to find a good price on one here for him. Additionally they were able to alter it in house, which made for one less stop. Overall I'll continue to shop here, but I doubt I'll ever be as frequent of a shopper as I was pre 2020.
