ALWAYS check your balance if you CHOOSE to eat here. I made the mistake and they charge random charges and try to blame it on a debit charge. By law or at least common f***ing curtesy, you should tell your customers there will be an extra charge. I will never come back here. After being away from this place for a while since a moved, I had to visit. The food is still good and you can't beat the Boston Shake. If you only get one thing from here, I highly recommend the Banana Boston Shake. Made with fresh bananas, topped with whip cream, chocolate syrup, peanuts and a cherry on top. While on my toy hunt, the MRs coworker suggested this place has the best shakes. The open time says 10am but nobody was there until 10:30! The delivery guy was there waiting before they showed up. Well I ordered the Vanilla Boston Shake, which was a milkshake with vanilla sundae on top and the MR had the strawberry milkshake. The flavors were less sweet than the artificial flavors of other fast food restaurants. As for vanilla, it was kind of bland to me. I also had the Texas bacon burger...which basically was a bacon cheeseburger with bbq sauce. It was nice to try but not on my list for places I'd go often. read more

Great place to eat but Customer Service is abysmal. Phone orders are taken with no total given. They did however finally stopped giving time frames for pick ups as they "wont make it til you get there" which makes calling in a waste in everyone's time. They will include items that you request to be exclude on occasion. so watch for rouge onions. Quality & Taste of food is The Best!!! I was raised in Sanger and loved Big Mamas but ever since they moved locations there burgers have tasted less and less appealing. I decided to give them one more shot. So I told my wife about Big Mamas that she has to try it. We drove 20 minutes away just to eat there and we got the bacon burger with no onions. Smelled great when we got it, about to eat it and saw that there were onions place on the burger bun. So I took them off and took a bite. Burger no good, was cold and my wife and I were disappointed. The only thing I would suggest is the fries and shakes are to die for lol just stay off the burgers. read more
