I knew that we could plot a course get there eat our food and be on our way. No time to make our flights later this afternoon. I don't think any of us knew how delicious this meal was gonna be, but we were all glad that this was the stuff we chose to make. That green sauce was straight fire, and that Alabama weight style also nice for cooling things off. Stevie and Eddie are the owners and one of their sons is also a skipper of one of their boats. They currently sell salmon, halibut, and cod in either filets or portions. They also do bundles and other packs, and this year they are offering Bairdi crab. I love the salmon filets - they're $13 per pound and each filet is around 1.5 pounds. Ordering is super easy; you can just message them on Facebook or text them and they deliver it right to your door. Payment is through Venmo or check. The fish is vacuum packed, frozen, and delivered in a bubble wrap insulated bag. They're super responsive to messages and questions, which is great because I sometimes just let them know my budget and they figure out the total weight based on what I want to spend. They usually send a Facebook message when they're on their way to deliver, which I really appreciate so it's not sitting out too long. I just purchased some of the crab for a holiday dinner and I can't wait to try it. They've mentioned looking for a storefront location and I hope they can make it happen in the future, but until then, I'll continue to purchase seafood from them and I recommend you check them out. They even sent me a Christmas card since they consider their customers family! So sweet.
