I want to start by saying Isaac gave me superb customer service. Before I start talking about my experience I need to share what happened before I was helped. Isaac was helping out a customer before me, let's say his name is Kevin(male Karen). Kevin was upset about his experience saying awful things to Isaac, even though Isaac was trying to explain what the problem was to Kevin and that he was misinformed at another service place he had visited prior to coming to Big O. I don't know what was going on but Isaac kept a calm demeanor and did his best to appease Kevin even though Kevin was acting like an idiot giving insults. After all that, when I came up to the counter Isaac greeted me with a smile and proceeded to give me excellent customer service. I didn't get the name of the technician who changed my tires but he was very careful and did an excellent job changing out the tires on my model X. I will be coming back to this shop for sure. So Kevin can threaten not to come back but I hope this review will assure people that they will be well taken care of when coming here, thanks Isaac and Big O tires! read more

I needed three tires very badly with limited time to have them put on. I pulled in to Big O hoping to get the job done quickly but also inexpensively. Isaac, the manager, told me that wouldn't be a problem and it wasn't. Took less than an hour and was within my budget. I was so impressed by the customer service. Isaac and his crew were all so friendly and efficient. I'll be back to get my tires rotated. In the meantime if you are in need of tires, I highly recommend this location of Big O. I want to give an update on how this was resolved. I still personally will not be back at the Big O Tires location in Lake Forest because of this but I will commend the efforts in trying to make things right. The District Manager, Junior Benitez, reached out to me based off my Yelp review that corporate saw. I had already taken my car into another business to get my tires replaced but Junior was still willing to work with me to see what the issue was. I came to the Big O Tires shop located in Tustin with the tires that were replaced. Junior confirmed that no new tires were put on my vehicle in July 2021. He apologized for the tech not double checking their safety regulations and provided a refund on the tire parts that were never done. Junior also explained the issue with the rust on the calipers and rotors and offered a solution of having them put a sealant on free of charge. I was more concerned about the safety and he double checked the brakes and both him and the other company confirmed the brakes were good. Although this may have just been an oversight and I don't feel the store intentionally charged me for work that was not done. I am still bothered that I trusted that new tires were replaced and took a long road trip through mountains TWICE since July. I am leaving for another road trip and luckily decided to have the tires double checked since my wheel was shaking when driving. I thought it may need a rotation. When I saw the tires after they were removed and how bare they were 0/32 (thread bar steels exposed) I am very lucky I had them checked before getting on a long road trip. read more

I am so thankful for the fast and efficient customer services at Big O Tires. My vehicle was having issues and I have zero knowledge about cars. I called Big O Tires and Issac came to my rescue. I highly recommend this big O location. I was dead on the side of the road with a flat tire called about 10 shops before I called here. Nobody had a tire my size and nobody cared to look. When I called big O tire in Lake Forest I got a hold pf Terry. This man Did his diligence and got me taken care of.
