I acknowledge all the free services. But I keep thinking because it's free it's often put in the back burner. I made an apt for Sunday morning since they are surprisingly open, upon arriving it looks empty which is a goood sign. Almost thought they were closed! I'm waiting to be attended but the receptionist answers phone call after phone call, meanwhile I'm right in front of him. Anyway I'd take a paying customer over a free customer as well. I did not feel well attended since it took another person walking in for him to look at his line. & tell me it would be 3 hours til he can get to my car. I had to take my service else where. The manager, David has been amazing and very supportive. They do not force upgrades and are honest about their pricing. I have shopped around and they are competitively priced depending on your needs. I love people who do that try to upsell hard. Labor Day Weekend 2025, Driving with my wife and young son on the 241 N, to a family party. We hear a pop and 15 seconds later we are on the side of the road waiting for AAA. Huge flat. We make it to the party safe, everything's fine on the spare. I am a 15 walk from American Tire Depot, so it was one of the first places I made an appt with. I get there early Sunday morning and meet Tim; and he was great. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and personable. He helped me find the best option of new tires for my wife's vehicle, wasn't pushy, just straight to the point and very sincere. It was a great experience, and an easy business transaction. Having to pay for "car stuff" sucks.. but at least Tim and the ATD Team made it seamless and less stressful for a random guy like me.
