I acknowledge all the free services. But I keep thinking because it's free it's often put in the back burner. I made an apt for Sunday morning since they are surprisingly open, upon arriving it looks empty which is a goood sign. Almost thought they were closed! I'm waiting to be attended but the receptionist answers phone call after phone call, meanwhile I'm right in front of him. Anyway I'd take a paying customer over a free customer as well. I did not feel well attended since it took another person walking in for him to look at his line. & tell me it would be 3 hours til he can get to my car. I had to take my service else where. Labor Day Weekend 2025, Driving with my wife and young son on the 241 N, to a family party. We hear a pop and 15 seconds later we are on the side of the road waiting for AAA. Huge flat. We make it to the party safe, everything's fine on the spare. I am a 15 walk from American Tire Depot, so it was one of the first places I made an appt with. I get there early Sunday morning and meet Tim; and he was great. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and personable. He helped me find the best option of new tires for my wife's vehicle, wasn't pushy, just straight to the point and very sincere. It was a great experience, and an easy business transaction. Having to pay for "car stuff" sucks.. but at least Tim and the ATD Team made it seamless and less stressful for a random guy like me. I have been coming to American tire depot for over 30 years with my dad getting tires when I got my first new vehicle. I went to American tire Depot, and ever since then, all of my tires have been bought from American tire depot they always have the best prices and the friendliest Service just recently My Sprinter van developed a shake. I took it into them. They quickly found that one of my tires was starting to separate due to age. Tim, the store manager, immediately took ownership of the situation. He listened carefully, acknowledged what had happened, and made sure everything was addressed the right way. Not only did they handle the alignment properly, but they also swapped and balanced my front tires, inspected the brakes, and took the time to make sure my vehicle was good too goo! The service manager Tim matched the price from Costco and also gave me a $50 discount on the alignment service, he took my order without even asking my credit card info, making me think that I'm trustworthy. He was willing to do what it takes to get my business and I applaud him for being enthusiastic and persistent. As I'm all about supporting the small local businesses I decided to place my order during my first phone conversation w Tim. Received a call the ff day saying that items had already arrived. While at Costco I need to drive to the store and make a payment physically before they can put in my order and was told that it would take about a week for goods to arrived. My wife went to American Tire Depot 9am Sunday for the tire installation and alignment. She was told that the service will take about an hour and a half. Good thing she decided not to wait and took Uber home, she went back 2-1/2 hrs later but still had to wait for another hour to finish. It was a long wait, but they did a good job. If it wasn't for the long waiting time I could have given them 5 Stars, thus I'm only giving 4 Stars. read more
