I just read SA's one star review. WOW. It sounds like they got excellent service. The tires that they ordered. The price that was promised. The rebate that was expected. Free coffee, free WIFI, clean facility. What they did not get was ripped off. What this customer is upset about is their OWN ignorance. They did not read the work order prior to signing. They did not ask questions to learn what was going on. An additional warranty was offered to cover things like nonrepairable damage. SA declined. Good for them but expect SA to complain when damage is done to their tires that is not covered by the manufacturer. I have dealt with Big O tires for over 40 years, this location for over 30. I have never had anything but excellent service and honesty. They don't oversell and they don't do what is not necessary, and they will tell you what they don't think is not necessary. This is one of the few business's that are really about service and not the dollars. They are honest, trust worthy and reliable. Yes they make mistakes. They are human but are willing to admit their mistakes and take care of the problem. They don't blame others if they do something wrong. I have been offered free pickup, at my home and office, and free delivery back to my home or office. Who does that anymore? Service is what they offer like what we use to get and what you really want today. Ask questions. Don't blame others for your own ignorance! read more

This is a heads up to anyone who uses Big O at how bad their customer service is. I will never use Big O Tires again. This is coming from a loyal customer. The tires on my vehicles were always put on by Big O. Never again, and now I know why they closed in Los Banos. If ever you have any work done on your vehicle but you have a regular shop that you go to, before your shop does any work have them check Big O's work. Because, if for some reason the work that they did is bad and your regular shop works on your car, they will blame your shop. The claim will be denied by their customer service. Be careful, they may seem friendly, but you never know what that friendliness is really hiding. The guys at the Los Banos location were friendly also, but that did not fix my truck. read more

Had a nail in my car front passenger tyre. Went at 8am, got it inspected. Found that it is unfixable. Asked if I can get a used replacement tyre - Ended up with a goodyear replacement tyre which is nearly same condition as my firestone bad tyre. Every time I come into Big O Tires I'm treated with great hospitality and truly think they care the employees are great I was working it's Josh he got my truck in very quickly and got it back to me in about an hour and a half replaced all the shocks and got me the best deal possible. I'm a retired Auto Mechanic and I know how to do everything the techs down at Big-O do. Honestly if I had all the equipment needed in my garage I'd do the work myself, but I don't so, I let them do it. Why? Because I know for a fact they are doing it right.
