This was an unexpected stay and I was pleasantly surprised. My usual place was reserved, and they have everything you need. There is a store with food, showers, and laundry. They have basic WiFi and a recreation room. The staff was professional and helpful.

Great spacious location. Lots to do: hiking, fishing, trails, bike riding. Seeing the endangered KEY deer. Nice selections in the store as well. Loved it.

I highly recommend this place. It's amazing you can camp. You can even rent an RV, you can even dock your boat right next to your campsite. They have a guy here named Andy and he's amazing. He's very very helpful.

Great place to stay. Very friendly community and staff who work the grounds. There's a nice little gift shop and basic goods store right on the property which came in handy when we ran out of coffee creamer and paper towels. Be on the lookout for the key deer. They are adorable! This place is a must stay if your In keys. We also loved being centrally located in the middle of the keys. We hauled our motorcycles and we're able to jet around to key west, and then back up to ilamorada. Which was nice! we'll be back here again.

Clean and great customer service. Oceanfront campsite with no reservation ahead of time! We will be back!

The rooms have two entrances. This is the back door entrance with a place to sit and enjoy the view!

The best way to describe this place is a "hidden treasure". Since there are few pictures online, I wasn't sure what to expect. The premise is right on the water with a variety of lodging options, including hotel rooms, RV space, and even good old fashion camping! We chose the hotel room. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. We booked a regular room without kitchen and it still had a small sink, coffee pot, microwave, moderate sized fridge, and even some bowels, coffee mugs, and utensils. Best part by far was waking out our back door to a large covered patio with a picnic table overlooking the marina and beautiful Big Pine Key. Also only a short drive to other keys like Key West and plenty of near by restaraunts. Only down side are the beds. I found them very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise... AWESOME quaint place to stay! Highly recommended!

There is so much to do in and around the park and we especially loved seeing all of the Key Deer.

They exceeded every expectation. Captain James and his first mate, Allison, were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone had an amazing experience. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon on the water. The snorkeling itself was incredible. The water was beautiful and clear, and we saw an amazing variety of marine life, including colorful tropical fish, large schools of fish, small sharks, barracuda, and so much more. Every time we looked beneath the surface, there was something new to discover. One of the highlights of the trip was the dolphins. Captain James went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible view. He carefully maneuvered the boat so we could watch them from different angles, and at one point he even got them behind the boat where they followed along, jumping and playing in the wake. It was absolutely magical and made for some incredible videos and memories that we will treasure. I would also like to recognize Tabatha in the office. She was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She made the reservation process simple and stress-free, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely kind and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting her in person as well. From start to finish, the entire experience with Looe Key Reef Dive Center at Looe Key Reef Resort was exceptional. The staff, the boat, the snorkeling, the wildlife, and the customer service were all top-notch. We had an unforgettable afternoon and would absolutely book with them again. If you're looking for a snorkeling adventure in the Florida Keys, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

You have the option to dive or snorkel, and the dive shop will supply you with anything you need before you go. Its $50 per person for snorkelers, and you'll be in the water for two hours. You can choose to bring your own food & snacks, or you can run a tab and purchase whatever they have on offer (chips, water, sodas, beer, etc). They supply the eco-friendly sunscreen. We went out on the Kokomo Cat II with Captain Katie & Josh, and I can't say enough good things about them. You couldn't ask more a more fun pair of people to take you out to Looe Key. They were extremely knowledgeable and you can tell how much they genuinely care about the imperiled coral ecosystem. There is not an aquarium in the world that can match the diversity of marine life that you will see out at this reef. On the two days we went out, we saw dolphins, sea turtles, caribbean reef sharks, nurse sharks, goliath grouper, green morays, spotted eagle rays, pufferfish, barracuda, hogfish, squirrelfish, various species of parrotfish, angelfish, snapper, filefish, & wrasse. And don't even get me started on the schools of blue tang. If you're in Key West, forget about Sea Fury and do yourself a favor and make the 30 min drive over to Ramrod Key. Strongly recommend! Also, bring a GoPro!

The bed linens are nice...not thin and worn. The towels are adequate and plentiful. The room is very clean and there are no maintenance issues. Plenty of hot water. Coffee served each morning at the tiki hut. Several breakfast places nearby. Small pool cleaned daily with comfy lounge chairs. I do wish they had a fountain to circulate the water so it would be a cooler temp. Staff could not be nicer. Check in was a breeze and they were ready to answer all of my questions. Gave great suggestions for dining and shopping. A small business supporting other small businesses. Housekeeping will come daily if needed. We are not in the room long enough to need daily service. I asked for extra towels and they were quickly delivered with a smile. South of Seven is the restaurant next door. Busy place filled with locals. Everyone went out of their way to welcome us. The food is good. We have had several of the apps and entrees and were pleased with everything. The Chef is out and about and ready to hear how everything was. I don't think you will disappointed eating here. With most of my travel I stay at larger hotel chains to take advantage of points. This stay has reminded me that these perks are not always the most important reason to choose a place to stay. And you cannot beat the price...$139.00 a night.
