Such an incredibly cute little place to stay right on Duval Street - truly a great location - and I'm so glad my travel companion found Casa 325 for us in a pinch. We absolutely loved the location of Casa 325 but I think we loved the fact Casa 325 had a pool even more so! Between lounging in the pool for hours (I fell asleep!) and the air conditioning, we survived Florida at the end of July - oh the humidity! Our room was super cute, spacious, and clean. We had two twin beds which was perfect for our needs. There was also a small refrigerator although I'm not sure about a hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quite charming overall. Reasonably priced - access the best rates on hotels.com or Expedia. While I would have loved to give the coveted fifth star to Casa 325, I could not because we had some initial difficulty with the parking situation at Casa 325. Despite there being a parking lot in the back (although small), we were directed to park at a lot a couple blocks away from the hotel. With that being said, we had to pay $20 for overnight parking and I don't believe it was in and out parking but I might be wrong on that. Either way, it was frustrating to have to park a couple blocks away with all of our belongings. And, having been on the road for over three weeks, our stuff was no where near organized to be able to easily pull it out of the car and drag it to the hotel. Oh well, we survived. read more

The great: Location. Right on Duval Street so it is centrally located to just about everything, although Mallory Square is about a 10 minute walk. You can eat, drink and be merry, and stumble back to the hotel, or get a lift on a rickshaw. The good: Casa 325 is a nice quaint hotel. The rooms are older but refurbished and are fine. Review the assorted photos. Window air conditioner for our room was ice cold, plus there were ceiling fans. We had the Rosie room, which had 2 twin beds. The price is the price, which for Key West, was low when compared to other locations. For some reason, prices in general have shot up significantly so be prepared to be shocked. Pet friendly, so Sparky can go too. The bad: Parking access is terrible. There is a long narrow driveway. If you have anything larger than a mid size car, you run the risk of scraping the side of your car, just like this poor person (yep, he damaged the whole side to park in the back. This picture was taken during our stay 2/16 - 2/18/22). It was a Honda Pilot. We had a Sienna Van and ended up parking around the block on the street with a handicap placard, so it was free. The parking is limited onsite. The point is if you are older or need to park close, this is not the place for you. Find another hotel with onsite, easily accessible parking. If you do get a room, confirm where it is located. The couple with us got a room with a queen size bed, but it was upstairs - lots of steps and not handicap accessible. Actually, there are stairs everywhere so if you have mobility issues, not the place for you unless you get one of the few handicap accessible rooms. The toilet in our room, the flush chain kept falling off, so I had to use my plumber knowledge to keep reattaching. The tv's are small - about 24" or so. The in room chairs are very low to the floor, with no arm rests to help you get up. Overall, the room served its purpose for the best of the worst hotel pricing. Comfortable, cool, felt safe. Addressed the parking issue, but the handicapped placard helped save me money since street parking is free with it. Do your homework then decide. We would stay again. read more

A group of us stayed there from 5/1/24-5/5/24. The rooms accommodated 6 of us. We did not leave it a disaster to clean up plus we get housekeeping some $. First it was clean beds made. On Saturday we came back no beds made or clean towels/wash clothes left. Had to call and ask for them. It seemed like it was an inconvenience for them to come back (office was closed at 5:30pm) and bring us them. I accidentally left a pair of shoes (pretty new only worn half a dozen times, $70) I called on 5/13 after realizing they weren't in my possession. The woman who picked up the phone said she remembered seeing them and just simply threw them away instead of making a courtesy call to inform us (they have our information) an item was left behind. Disappointed that happened. read more

We have stayed at Casa 325 multiple times and loved every visit. You can not ask for a better place to stay. We're we're there in September for our 30th anniversary and the hurricane came in. We were scheduled to leave on Tuesday and our flight got canceled. They made sure we had lanterns in case we lost power. We were delayed leaving 3 nights and they did not charge us for the last two. They had no one coming in so they were loosing money and still were so nice to do this for us! This place is a hidden gem! I highly recommend staying here if in KW. read more

Cute place in the heart of Duval street. Friendly staff and clean. Dog friendly as well. Two things that made me nervous was parking lot very small and driveway. Had my husband park my new car Other thing was no grass near by but eventually my dog adapted to surroundings and just went wherever she could. The place had some stairs to get to your room but most of the places to stay there was like that. They had just about everything you could need in the room and cleaned it well. My wife an I stayed at Casa 325 for 5 nights! The location is great, right off Duval St tucked behind the store front, out of sight. It is far back enough to dispell most if not all of the craziness at night. The driveway as all reviews mention is extremely tight, compacts only unless you wish to risk scratches on vehicle, large trucks an suvs are not going to fit. The rooms are nice and well equipped, we stayed in room 4. The charm is there, nice kitchenette, small TV however, a little dated. Ac works nice both in main living room an bedroom, the drone of the ac helps drown out outside noise if there is any. Price wise you really can't beat this hotel for location. Now for th cons, as mentioned, parking. The rooms are a little dated, beds are ok, worn and squeaky loud. Our bed literally sounded like a donkey, which was humourous. There were no outlets available by our bed so all hook ups for phone were in kitchenette. Bring ear plugs or the roosters will wake u non stop, they are a staple of key west and are EVERYWHERE, not a fault of casa325 but it seemed like they love that place also. The front door has a large gap at bottom, mosquitoes were flying in an out so we placed a towel there. Water pressure was nice, plenty of towels. Clean rooms, stafg was friendly. The pool is no frills but clean and warm, met nice people there. Staff provides coolers if u need one as well as beach towels. Overall a great place if no vehicle, a great location for key west party town yet hidden an quiet to escape. read more

This cozy refuge from the bustle of Duval St. has been my standby for at least 10 years. This last trip was no exception in a long story of epic visits to Key West. I hesitate to even write a review for Casa 325; I don't want the place booked up for my next visit, but they deserve credit for all those years of great service to my friends and myself. You'll find the attitude of the staff genuine in helping you enjoy your stay. It isn't run like a normal hotel. You'll feel more at home. The decor is very classically Key West, very clean, and very comfortable. The location is ideal for Old Town, so you won't even need a car or a scooter rental to get where you probably need to go. Spring Breakers beware... this is not a balcony-party, all-night raging hotel. It's a great escape from all the space on Duval St. that you can experience plenty of that. read more

My family and I loved Casa 325!! My daughter swam in the pool everyday, the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The location is central and super, it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Duval. Yet we were very close to everything. Mary, the gal that runs the place is awesome- we felt like family when we left... she was so helpful and sweet. We will be there again next year, because we re booked! read more

Location, Location, Location. Great spot off Duval street. Everything is within walking distance. Their parking is tough to find but the staff does a good job ahead of time mapping out directions for you. Awesome little pool for the guest staying at Casa 325. Only complaints I would say is the walls are very thin and the place had ants. This could be just because it's an older building as housekeeping kept the rooms clean. But the little ants seemed to be everywhere. read more

Excellent place to stay in Key West! It feels like it's in a forest, although less than 20 feet from Duval Street. Stayed in room 3, had a queen and twin bed. Very quiet, good parking, and great pool to sit by. One downside - pillows are not that comfortable and headboards are not secured to wall. Even when sitting down on the bed, the headboard will slam agains the wall. Overall, the staff was amazing and extremely helpful in planning our stay. Would definitely stay at Casa325 again. read more

Absolutely delightful! Everything was great. The place was charming but not obsolete, it has a soul! The parking is a limited and tiny as we were warned, but not an issue, and the pool was beautiful. Location was great, close to many things, food, drinks and shops. I'd have been even more perfect if a basic breakfast would have been provided. But certainly not a deal breaker. I'd definitely recommend the place and stay there again if I go back. read more

Stayed here for a quick, one night trip down to Key West. Location was perfect, right on Duval but still private. The room was fantastic, clean and great amount of space for two. Front desk staff was extremely accommodating, allowed us to leave our bags after checkout so we didn't have to carry them around for the day. All around great experience here! read more

Great place in the Heart of Key West, I would recommend Casa325 to anyone

All in all a decent place to stay, cute & well situated with easy access to everything going on in Key West. The pool seemed to be clean & well maintained although we were only in it at night. We stayed in the loft room facing Duvall & once you're upstairs it was pretty quiet but downstairs the noise was crazy! You can hear everything the people next door were saying plus everything going on outside. So if noise is an issue this may not be the place for you. Air conditioner worked like an ice box, towels were very thin & furniture wasn't very comfy but it does have a nice kitchen & closet space both upstairs and down. The guy next door at some boat shop was working with a saw through the night every night we were there & you could hear that thing going constantly. Staff is very friendly, room service each day so that's nice as well. Parking is a NIGHTMARE! The alley is barely wide enough for a small car to get through & there is a business that sets up in the alley so anytime you need to get in & out you have to get them to move their kiosk. We rented mopeds & still had to get them to move several times a day. We couldn't get our vehicle in the parking lot & ended up parking a good 15-20 minute walk away in a parking garage which is a pain since technically there is a parking lot you're supposed to be able to use but it is pretty hard to get into unless you're in a tiny compact car. read more

Very personable, room service was great, pool is nice and most of all the location is perfect in relation to everything going on down Duval street. Bring your own pillows.. And the headboards are very loose so any movement they bang the wall, other then that, all is good. Only cars are able to park here, but it's worth every penny read more

Stayed for 2 nights, no parking and what they recommended was very expensive between $25 to $45 per day, quite expensive considering we were already paying a high price for our rooms, ended up parking 6 blocks away and had to walk each day to the parking lot to pay for the next day, also the towels were very thin not very good, mattress was very uncomfortable. I just spent 4 days in Key West at Casa 325 Key West. My parents, dog and I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. It was perfect - so clean, well appointed. We were able to store snacks and food in the ample kitchen, the AC was great. Location is fantastic as you are in the heart of Key West. Despite being on busy Duval, we slept so well - our room was so quiet! You feel like you have the place to yourself. They were incredibly dog friendly too (I have a small poodle). You would think that staying in a hotel in the center of Duval St. would bring nothing but noise. Not here. Tucked into it's own little corner of serenity, Casa 325 is everything you're looking for. This is one of the oldest houses in Key West, built and owned by a sea captain. Be sure to ask Tim about it's story. Our suite was a one bedroom with a living room, dinette, small kitchen, bath and a covered deck. We were right on Duval, in the midst of restaurants, bars, and music, but heard nothing in our cozy corner. We walked everywhere, because everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. When we were tired, our little oasis waited for us. The pool is shaded. The rocking chair porch calls you to sit and have a glass of wine. Tim and Titania share suggestions and good ideas when you want them and make you feel like family. In Key West, Casa 325 will always feel like home. read more
