Room was very clean, pool was not so clean, however there were other pools on property, noise level was fair, they were refurbishing rooms due to the new change that Hilton now owns this property.location to town was also great for this property..and staff and concierge were very helpful during our stay

So when you are early to check in they do ask is you want to store your luggage and then…read more.. crickets. They could suggest a place to change and chance to visit the pool or restaurant. We made the suggestion ourselves t o get lunch. Also if you say check in at 4 - well, I've never had to wait the whole time. Here they weren't even ready with a room at 4. It's after 4 and we're still waiting. I'm hoping the service improves. They food in the restaurant and service there was pretty good. Ok so our stay is over and my impression is still...meh. The pools are nice, the room was pretty, but the cleaning was surface and inconsistent. The "poolside service" was sporadic to non existent. The shuttle to Key West was consistent, BUT if the one you wanted was full, the driver would take off and say "be back in an hour". One night we had to Uber home. If you didn't eat seafood your dining options were very limited. I lived on Caesar salad and fries. Happy Hour was not happy at all. Tuna nachos? Not my jam. In the end, I've paid less for better service and amenities. If we come again we'll stay somewhere else.

They exceeded every expectation. Captain James and his first mate, Allison, were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone had an amazing experience. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon on the water. The snorkeling itself was incredible. The water was beautiful and clear, and we saw an amazing variety of marine life, including colorful tropical fish, large schools of fish, small sharks, barracuda, and so much more. Every time we looked beneath the surface, there was something new to discover. One of the highlights of the trip was the dolphins. Captain James went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible view. He carefully maneuvered the boat so we could watch them from different angles, and at one point he even got them behind the boat where they followed along, jumping and playing in the wake. It was absolutely magical and made for some incredible videos and memories that we will treasure. I would also like to recognize Tabatha in the office. She was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She made the reservation process simple and stress-free, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely kind and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting her in person as well. From start to finish, the entire experience with Looe Key Reef Dive Center at Looe Key Reef Resort was exceptional. The staff, the boat, the snorkeling, the wildlife, and the customer service were all top-notch. We had an unforgettable afternoon and would absolutely book with them again. If you're looking for a snorkeling adventure in the Florida Keys, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
