This is a small restaurant as many have already posted. Some said the wait was long but we only waited 18 minutes for our food. They were pretty busy as it was Friday night and not a lot of seatings is available but we got lucky and two tables were open by the time we paid for our order. All of the staff were very friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was very good. I had the Turkey Time sandwich and my wife had the BLT. They both came with Sea Salt potato chips and a kosher dill spear. My wife gave it a 4 star because the bacon was not cooked crispy enough for her but she said it was good. My Turkey Time sandwich looked a little on the small size but was very good and was over stuffed with meat and melted cheese and was very filling. We will go back so I'm giving them 5 stars. Drove from Arlington, walked in the door at 730pm. Planned to get 2 potatoes to go. There was 5 other people standing around. I stood till 737pm until a guy came around the corner and said "um we aren't taking anymore orders" I said I drive 45 minutes to get here and he said "we only have enough potatoes for those waiting, we're out". Um excuse me, a potato place all of a sudden doesn't have potatoes. I dont believe it. Thats like saying MCD ran out of hamburgers He didn't care and walked away. The open sign was still on, and 4 more people walked in after me and was turned away as well. NOWHERE does it state you stop serving at a specific time, and you and me BOTH know you wetent magically outta potatoes tonight. The coldness and lack of customer service was unprofessional, and not acceptable. I found an AMAZING local Italian place for cheaper than these hefty priced potatoes. This was pretty good. It's a little far from my home, my job is off in that direction so I decided to get this for lunch. Ordered online and did pick up. It was ready pretty fast which was great because I was on lunch. I got a chicken bacon ranch potato. It was huge. I only ate about half, they don't skimp on toppings. I only think is that every time I end up eating thru the potato, but when I get toward the bottom all my toppings are gone. Hope they build not closer to me in Mansfield. read more

This place is way overpriced for what it is. The food is ok, but not great and the brisket that was on my potato was dry, crusty and very finely chopped. I'm not sure where they sourced the brisket from, but it definitely needed help. The young lady came by our table and asked how it was and I let her know it was overpriced for what it is and she walked off... strange response if she really wanted to know. My young kids didn't care for the Mac and cheese either. I don't expect this place to thrive. read more

This was my second time coming by, the first time there was a long wait for potatoes so we went somewhere else. This time we came early and we didn't have to wait at all. I am on a pescatarian diet and I'm allergic to shellfish so my potato options were limited but I got the broccoli and cheese potato and it was good. I did had a add some pepper but the broccoli was good perfectly and it was not lagging in cheese. My husband got the Texan, it has fried onions, brisket, barbecue sauce, and cheese and he also really enjoyed his potato as well. We will definitely be back, they also have sandwiches and soup. The baked potatoes are huge and served piping hot, which was great! They come with plenty of toppings. My only suggestion would be to use real diced, thick-cut ham instead of what seemed like thin sliced sandwich ham, as I think it would add more flavor and texture. Overall, a good experience! Although the service was good, the baked potato was lack luster. I've had a better baked potato at Jason's deli! They don't put enough toppings through out the potato after a couple seconds of eating you're just left with potato. I've made better at home for cheaper read more

I'm going to warn you, this place is addictive! The potatoes are huge and delicious. We've tried the Texan, Ranch cheddar and bacon, cheddar and bacon, and the bbq pork (told you they are addictive).
