I get my oil changes at the dealership and they did that and after that was completed, the service advisor tells me that my oil pan was leaking and that I needed to replace it. The cost was $530. The advisor continued by telling me that the passenger side front axle had grease all over it and that that repair would cost $2150. I was suspicious and untrusting of Clay Cooley simply because of the entire situation, so I had seen online Dwight's & Don's Auto Care and I decided to give them a try. I met with Justin and explained my situation and he presented himself as a truthful guy and I decided to give them a try. Well, after everything was done, my oil pan didn't need to be replaced. It was the oil filter housing assembly that needed to be replaced because it's plastic and had broken. As for the front axle and the grease, Don told me that they cleaned it up and that the boot wasn't torn and that there was no reason for any further repair. So, after going to see Dwight's and Don's Auto Care, I went from a possible $2100 repair bill to a $400 repair bill. My Palisade SUV is running good and I highly appreciate Justin's and Don's sincere honesty. This was my first time in their shop and they took care of me like I was a regular customer and from now on I probably will be. I will preface this review by stating that the only reason I came here is because this is who my…read morecompany chose to do business with. After this though, I will be pressing them to find a new vendor to give our money. I got a brand new truck and needed a topper for the bed. We ordered one and it took a few weeks to arrive and actually came in earlier than expected. Thought that was a good sign. Was I wrong though. Not long after arriving I overheard the workers talking about another truck they were working on in the back. Apparently they spilled half a tank of diesel all over the parking lot. Should have been a red flag: took them about 2 1/2 hours to get the topper installed on my truck. I looked it over once they finished but didn't look close enough at the truck. Later on I opened the bed and smelled diesel. There were muddy diesel foot prints all in the bed that they didn't bother to clean. I started look more closely at everything and found were they had failed to put parts back on the truck, broken parts, and actually caused damage. This truck is less than 2 months old. I called and spoke to the owner and his response was "oh sometimes things break when we put them back, it's normal". No. No it's not normal. He said to bring it on though and they would see what they could do. He called me back a few minutes later and said he talked to his guys and they stated they didn't do it. He tried to imply it could have been someone else. No. No it wasn't. No one else had touched the truck and it's in the area you were working to run wiring. I got off the phone and became increasingly more angry by the minute. If it were up to me I'd have them take the topper off and shove it were the sun doesn't shine. But I don't want them to ever touch my truck again and cause more damage. So now I have to find someone else I trust to fix this and be out even more money. DECEITFUL, UNETHICAL, and LIARS. Will never step foot near this place again.
