I purchased a Class B - Grech Strada from McClains (Rockwall) in April 2024. Salesman Steve Cathey helped me throughout the entire process and made the purchase experience relaxed and fun. Steve has a great personality and very knowledgable on the Grech quality and history. Right after the purchase, my wife and I made a trip to Tennessee and back to Texas. (This Grech has every conceivable feature and g ) Upon our return, I returned my RV to McClains for a minor repair and met the GM Brad Wilkinson along with service tech Trey Cluck. They were all truly outstanding, positive and very professional. I've purchased several RV's in my life, but never had a more pleasant experience than the Rockwall McClains staff. They're the absolute best in the RV world!

The wrinkled trim that needed replaced, replaced with scratched trim. Note the side trim has a new notch.

From the very beginning, Dana Boyle, my salesman, was outstanding. He took the time to walk me through multiple models, clearly explained the differences, and patiently showed me features without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Dana really knows the product line and made sure I understood what would best fit my needs, which made the decision process enjoyable and stress-free. I also worked closely with Colt Brown, the Sales Manager, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Colt was competitive right out of the gate and worked with me on pricing across two different models I was considering. What really stood out was how well he listened to my concerns, answered questions honestly, and focused on finding the right solution instead of just pushing a sale. That level of attention and customer care is exactly what you want from a sales manager. During the process, Benny Black, the General Manager, stepped in for Colt a couple of times and was just as impressive. Benny worked with me on the very aggressive price I came in with on the 3515 and helped make that deal happen. Between Benny and Colt, they both went above and beyond to make sure I got an exceptional price and felt confident in the final numbers. I wrapped up the purchase with Kross Blakley, and the finance process was refreshingly smooth. Kross was open, transparent, and took the time to answer all my questions about additional warranties without any pressure whatsoever. He made everything quick, easy, and painless--exactly how financing should be. Over the course of this RV purchase, I've become a very shrewd buyer, and I can honestly say that Fun Town RV in Fate, Texas exceeded my expectations. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford, and with complete confidence that I made a great purchase. If you're looking to buy an RV and you're anywhere near the Fate area, Fun Town RV should absolutely be your one-stop shop. And if you're not near Fate, I highly recommend finding a Fun Town RV location close to you. Highly recommended!

This dealer is selling RV's which have been recalled and they are selling them as Brand New at New prices!!! I went to the dealership to speak with the owner Adam Mitchell. He was not there and the manager put me on the phone with him, I like to see people in person when talking to them. So he (Adam) asked why I want to see him, I told him I am interested in an RV He asked which one, and then I came clean and said why I was really there. Adam said "you tried to fu$king bullshit me and get me to come there??" Um, that is not how an OWNER should talk to anyone. I was approached by his son, 22-27 yr old who drives a $90k plus Porsche. His son was unable to make any decisions and said I can have my brother come and talk to you. His brother pulls up in a Cadillac Escalade (another 90k plus vehicle) I basically told the brother He has only two options because it's been a year Either buy the camper back or we can settle this in court. They choose court On my ride home I get a call from a Royse city police officer telling me that I have a no trespass order against me filed by them. And that's the kind of people they are. After five years as a rental I was expecting signs of normal wear and tear but what I found was much worse. In addition to the normal wear and tear, the subfloor was obviously and completely destroyed. But even worse, the entire skylight unit is missing. This was a gorgeous skylight with an insect screen as well as day and night shades. All gone; and in its place there's a piece of plastic. I'm dumbfounded and heartbroken. We never should have trusted them with such an expensive piece of equipment. Response to Quest's comment: yes, our RV was three years old when we put it into your fleet...and it had *less than 6,000 miles* on it. It was never stored out in the weather by us, and the skylight was clearly fine when our vehicle entered your fleet. Why, while in your care, was the skylight allowed to dry rot and crack from weather exposure to the point that it couldn't be repaired, and/or further damage prevented? And the floor...I'm guessing that wasn't noticed until our warranty ran out? Damage that severe, unnoticed for so long? If it was, indeed, the manufacturer's fault for not putting enough supports under the subfloor, it should have been apparent much sooner. But it takes a lot of time and effort to have warranty repairs made, right? Something you promised you'd take care of. Lastly, Mark did not decline the replacement and opt for the "repair" that was completed. It was never addressed, and he noticed the skylight was gone only when he was halfway home between Dallas and Colorado (his very costly mistake). Our loss, your gain. The point of my review is only to provide our experience so people can decide for themselves whether they want to entrust their very expensive, valuable RV equipment into your care.
