Booking- Max Brooks, my Carnival PVP, helped tremendously, securing the best deals, fulfilling my requests and resolving any issues. I was managing multiple bookings for family members, so I certainly needed assistance. Max was always responsive and understanding. I highly recommend his services. Port Canaveral- Easily got to the right terminal. Traffic wasn't an issue. The parking garage is currently being expanded. I scheduled a later boarding time (1:00-1:30). Waiting in that massive line in the heat just plain sucks. Paying for priority boarding might be worth the extra expense. Regular boarding took over an hour. Seemed never-ending. Staff on ship- For the most part, excellent. Most interactions were very friendly, genteel, and helpful. Only a couple were not. Overall, they really seem to care about keeping you happy. Chat with them. Many have interesting life stories. Food- The main dining room menu recently received an overhaul. Some items truly were delicious. A couple times wished I ordered what someone else got, though. On the 2nd night service was really slow. The Deli has delicious sandwiches and I loved the truffle dip there. The Vista ship- Got access to the Thermal Suite by upgrading to a Cloud 9 Spa room. Enjoyed use of that area. They will definitely try to sell you other services in the spa. I ended up scheduling a massage, which was one of the best I've ever had. The Kaleid-O-Slide was fun. Only got in the Tides Pool. Be careful on that deck. I burned my feet walking over to the pool. Devastated to learn the World Cup wouldn't be playing on the ship due to Carnival not owning the rights. We had to scramble and make other arrangements in order to watch the games. Entertainment- Didn't make any of the comedy shows this time due to it always being crowded, but I've always enjoyed them in the past. There are very talented musicians onboard, covering a wide range of genres from country to 80's to Latin. "Studio VIP" was a lively, interactive production. Carnival delivers on being the high-energy "Fun Ship" that's budget-friendly. However, with that you'll get a rowdy bunch at times. Saw vomit being cleaned up multiple times and overheard shouting matches/fights among guests. Sophistication is lacking, but you know what you sign up for. It was the best option for my large group and we all had a great time.

Typically, pilots who desire to fly a…read morepowered parachute, paramotor or hang glider trike must purchase each individual aircraft and a wing to match. This is costly and usually limits a pilot’s options to purchasing only one of the three. The exciting aspect of the new Hybrid ParaTrike is that an individual can now fly all three wings on one aircraft with one hanging system. The Hybrid ParaTrike gives the option of both foot and hand steering and throttle. The hanging system for the paraglider and parachute wing is at a distance that corrects the typical flat spot one usually sees when the wing is in flight and allows it to fly the way it was designed. The lines of the wing are split over multiple points on the hanging system by our Split Riser system which gives the aircraft a more stable flight by reducing torque twist and rocking. Other upgrades to the trike include in-flight adjustable Center of Gravity settings.

We had the most amazing experience hang gliding at Wallaby Ranch!…read moreThe actual experience is pretty scary (much scarier than the skydiving I've done in the past) but the instructor, Malcolm, makes it as comfortable as possible. He clearly knows what he's doing and actually gave us the chance to steer while we were up there. I love the idea of the plane taking you up and untethering once you've reached a high enough altitude, it's a clever work around when you're trying to hang glide in a flat area like Florida. You're not up in the air for long but the whole experience is so surreal and exciting that you appreciate every moment. Staff were also super friendly, I really appreciated them taking awesome pictures and videos for me. I'd 100% recommend Wallaby Ranch and Malcolm to anyone wanting a truly memorable experience.
