DEFINITELY, go to their website to read the rules, how to get there, hours and other information. I…read morethink the GPS led us to the residential area parking and there's no parking there for the public so my boyfriend left me there and I thought he meant that I should just go there myself and there is NO signal here so I had no idea where he was at for over an hour and he was so close to calling the city to report a lost child lol. We went in the mid morning and it's a fairly bright, well lit path there that's not too far or difficult and there were lots of other hikers and travelers so at no point did I feel like something bad was going to happen. The farm is also true to its name because I did get to see a momma deer and her baby right at the entrance of the farm near the barn picnic table area. Neat! It's a great place to see animals too since aside from the deer and farm animals I saw a quail and its chicks, as well as lots of ground squirrels. The chicken are in a coop and pen but some hop out and walk around the farm. Love to see the pigs, sheep, goats, cow, bunnies, ducks and geese too. Would love to one day see the farm cats. There's lots of informative signs and flyers throughout the farm of all reading levels and how much information are on them, and there's small interactive parts too and you learn about the work that goes into working on a farm and what these animals provide for people. The docents and volunteers are also very helpful and are happy to answer questions. Lots of benches and seats in the shade too so you can sit back and take in the scenery and the animals hanging out. You can see the little gardens that they have there and I guess on some days some of the other buildings are open too. I don't mind coming back, but this time, I won't make that same entrance mistake again.

Farm Experience: F If you're visiting to experience the farm, I wouldn't recommend it. The whole experience was confusing from the start. Volunteers are allowed to drive up to the park, but the public has to park elsewhere and walk about a mile. This isn't a leisurely stroll--it's hilly, poorly marked, and more difficult than expected. Once we arrived, the farm was essentially closed to visitors. The animals, gardens, orchard, and historic buildings were all locked. It felt more like a museum that you can only look at from a distance. The most frustrating part was that there were numerous signs everywhere telling the public not to feed the animals, not to pet them, and not to enter restricted areas. Then we watched large groups of camp and school kids doing exactly those things as part of their program. They got to interact with the animals and explore areas that were completely off-limits to everyone else. I understand that organized educational programs may have special access, but it made the experience feel like the public was only allowed to watch from the outside. It's hard to understand why the farm is promoted as being open to the public when there's so little for the public to actually experience. If you're looking for a great hike, this is an excellent destination. If you're hoping for a hands-on farm experience with your family, you'll leave disappointed especially since your kids get to watch other kids in camps or schools experience and enjoy the park and they are allowed

Oh, this roller coaster…read more This roller coaster great America must be the oldest roller coaster in the area or something. I personally cannot probably go on it anymore because whenever I do I get a huge headache. It really shakes it's not good at all and I just have a hard time having any fun on it whatsoever. If you're into that old wooden roller coaster field and go right ahead. Recommend skipping.

Fun fun fun fact seriously try to sit with all adults as if you ride with kids even if they are behind you both share the same lap bar so if one closes it on you it's really right even for me! There are a few seat belts and the one that attaches to the bar to make it just that much tighter on you so don't forget about that little thing because you know you want it on! Once you've been strapped down to the car you try going and that's when you realize this whole becoming restrained part was totally worth it as you find yourself riding heavy down this radical wooden coaster like I said it rides heavy but you don't feel it as the whole ride is very smooth and just awesome coaster ride in it's own way which makes me kinda forget that I've been strapped down to the car the whole review through! One thing I've noticed at the park over the several few Grizzly rides is that the time of the ride opening seems to be later after the park is already open for a busy minute so plan accordingly! Overall awesome coaster for anyone but like I said don't ride with the kids if you don't have to!

From the moment we arrived, it genuinely felt like everyone on staff was excited to be celebrating our son. That kind of energy doesn't happen by accident--and it's a direct reflection of Genessa, the manager. Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and the way she supports and leads her team is truly impressive. You can feel it in every interaction. The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? It's actually good--which is rare for kids' party venues. On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party. Everything felt easy, joyful, and stress-free--which is exactly what you hope for when hosting a child's birthday. We left saying the same thing we did last year: why would we go anywhere else? I sincerely hope my kids never grow out of Safari Run, because we would happily keep hosting parties here for years to come. Huge thank you to Genessa and the entire team for another unforgettable celebration!
