It is a quiet park, if you enjoy the peacefulness, you can come here. There are many people, and many solo individual enjoy walking here. Kids are coming for the equipments as well.

Very cute ocean-themed park with a tiny parking lot (fits 6-8 cars) and a bit of street parking nearby, not too difficult to find along Morse Avenue on a Saturday afternoon. Lots to offer, including tennis courts, basketball courts, even a volleyball net set up in the grassy field, as well as a dog playground, swing set for all ages, play structures shaped as sea animals and a ship with fun slides extending from the imaginary boat, a splash pad with several water features (perfect for hot days), and the amazing "under the sea" art piece by Arteclettica, a beautiful mosaic umbrella sculpture with bench seating. Also, a concrete trail bordering the park, a restroom, and a couple picnic areas with seating, much of it shaded by various types of trees. Such a lovely park, I have nothing but positive things to say about it.

Playground will be closed 02/27/23 - 03/20/23

Hooray! Looks like Seven Seas has finished resurfacing its grounds but only in the bigger kid playground area. It looks bright and new like how it did when the park first opened. Little kid area still has a few patches missing. What I love about going here is that it is a good size park with plenty to do. The downside is that parking is limited since there are only 6 spots + 2 handicap parking spots in the lot and there aren't that many street parking available since it's also a bike lane and cars get ticketed here. Weekends also gets really crowded. Here are a few things at this park: -Open Field: Good area to jog/run/walk around. Large enough field to hang out, have a picnic on a blanket, play soccer... The grass is nicely maintained. -Picnic Area: There are a few concrete tables and a bbq pit. This area is probably only big enough for one party going on at a time. Basketball Court: Half a court and often taken up on evenings and weekends. -Small play structure: Gated off so the little ones can't run off. Great area that has shaded coverings and has a small play structure and sandpit. There are plenty of benches to sit and watch the little ones. -Large play structure: Fun themed pirate ship playground. Roomy for kids to run around. Also has shaded coverings. -Splash zone: Water area to play in. Operates from April to October. -Dog Park -Tennis Court: Also often gets taken up on evenings and weekends. This is a great community park to check out!

The best park in Sunnyvale!!! (Use my image for parking!) Nestled off of a frontage road along 101 and N Fair Oaks, is the last park you ever go to. Just understand the parking is actually behind the park. This location has everything, tennis court, basketball half court. Chess tables, dog park, toddler secured play area, huge child play structure shaped like a pirate ship, sound activity stations all around the park. Huge grass area, manicured landscaping. Then to top it all off, a water play area, next to excellent bathrooms.

Big kid ship play area

Great little water play area for kids on a super hot day! Wish there was more parking though since it's hard to find spaces if you come a little late! The water shuts off periodically and you have to touch the little gutter spot in the middle to restart (I think). There is a tennis and basketball court too which is nice! Lots of picnic spots and some shade for parents waiting by the playground or water play area which is a nice touch!

A great local community park with shaded playgrounds for both smaller kids (age 2-5) and older kids (5+). They even have a small water park area for kids to cool down during hot summer days. On the day that I went, it was the most popular section, most kids were in their shorts and running back and forth in the water area. (Warning: no masks on) Park amenities seem pretty new and well maintained. The only complaint is there aren't enough parking spaces so be prepared to park on street and time to look for street parking, due to mostly apartment complexes nearby, it took us some time to park.

Clean, well maintained, good for all ages! And dog friendly too! Me and my husband often go to this park for long walks, fresh air and people watching! It's really clean and well maintained. And the open space with plenty of room allows for easy social distancing during the COVID times. There is a variety of things to do for everyone. Among the many facilities, this park has a tennis court, 1/2 basketball court, mini dog park, swing, see-saw, sand area, water area and much more for the kids. I am so glad I don't live too far from this park. I enjoy walking the circumference of the park - which is well designed for walking/running.

Lot of kids, very limited parking. Fairly clean park with different play options. I'd visit it again, but nearby parking is a nightmare.

The little kids enjoy the frog that sprays water. There is a public restroom next to the playground so you don't have to drag the little ones too far to use it. The rest of the park has some reservable picnic table areas with BBQs. You'll find 2 tennis courts way in the back, and also a horseshoe pit. Sometimes you'll see people playing volleyball at the sand volleyball court. There is a path that makes a loop around the park. People like to use it to walk or run laps. There is a pond that used to be filled with an unnatural blue color water. This would attract Candadian Geese to the park and they made a big mess pooping all over the park. There was a time when it got so bad that you could not safely stroll along the walkway without running into geese poop. Trying to avoid these land mines is not a fun way to enjoy the park. They've since turned off the water features and the geese no longer plague the park. The park is definitely much cleaner now. There is a small parking lot by the playground and also street parking along the street that leads up to the parking lot. The parking lot dead ends, but they have designed a roundish area at the end -- this area is not designated for parking in -- at the end to help you make a u-turn to drive back out. Sometimes it is difficult to make this u-turn when people park in this area. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=a3c15emWpHiehs81jdgHHw&userid=isQotFiKU_S_TI4Qt4MtMQ https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=7OFU_4ZnZNDS9b1LMP3QtQ&userid=isQotFiKU_S_TI4Qt4MtMQ https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=rxdAa2RDw46kCSADO9H7hQ&userid=isQotFiKU_S_TI4Qt4MtMQ .

Since we were in need of finding a little bit of entertainment for our 6 year old prior to dinner, this spot couldn't have been more perfect. The area is extremely spacious, even offering a track where a lot of people were seen taking a stroll. The play structure is clean and obviously well taken care of. There is plenty of sunshine with just the right amount of shade scattered throughout the space. With some further exploring I noticed a few grills, benches, and beautifully made ping pong tables. There were kids of all ages who came to enjoy during out 45 minute visit and everyone was so very friendly. My daughter quickly made friends with 3 other kids and it was tough tearing her away from the park when that time came. 5/5 stars. I'd happily come back and visit again. The park offers a nice variety, so there's something for kids of all ages to enjoy. My son ended up making a friend and they played together for over an hour, which says a lot about how engaging the space is. I really appreciated that there are separate areas for younger and older kids, and the climbing structures feel very thoughtfully designed with safety in mind--no large open gaps or risky sections. The location is also a plus--it's tucked away in a corner, which makes it feel like a bit of a hidden gem in Sunnyvale. We'll definitely be back!
