    Asada tacos

This place was a big miss for me. We ordered the "tableside" guacamole, but it wasn't actually made tableside, which was confusing. The menu was also a little unclear. There's only one guacamole option listed, but it says you can add things like pineapple or bacon without listing any additional pricing or the original ingredients. I ordered the Loaded Carne Asada tacos, which came with rice and beans. Honestly, the tacos needed about double the meat. It felt like they added extra cabbage and pico to bulk them up instead of giving a proper portion of carne asada. It was weird to have the cabbage on the bottom of the taco instead of the meat. The beans were good though. They tasted like traditional refried pinto beans and were probably the most solid part of the plate. The rice was a miss for me because the cilantro was extremely overpowering. The complimentary chips and salsa were great. The salsa definitely has some heat, so if you like spicy, you'll probably enjoy that part.

This is a fun little cantina right in the historic downtown. We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The bartender and local patrons were all fun! The bartender suggested a local craft brew beer that my husband really enjoyed. He also had a delicious plate of cheese enchiladas with verde sauce. I was happy to see they had Ace Peat Cider, and I had grilled shrimp and swordfish tacos which were delicious.

I found them gem when I moved here in 2021. The bar staff makes the best cocktails around. Especially Dane!!! I travel often and love trying specialty drinks, his by far are the best. The local regulars are so much fun. It's like dining with family anytime you visit. Fajitas and Salsa are my absolute favs. If you are hungry for a steak, they have two options and both are top notch.

had such a pleasant surprise dining at this spot! One of the highlights was their table-side guacamole, which they prepare fresh right in front of you such a fun and interactive touch. But what really made it stand out was their unique twist: you can choose to add bacon and caramelized pineapple. I had never tried that combination before, so they kindly offered it to me on the side, and wow it was interesting in the best way. The savory bacon and sweet caramelized pineapple added an unexpected but delicious layer to the already flavorful guac. The service was excellent attentive without being overbearing and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or family. The prices were more than reasonable, especially considering how much food you get. Portions are generous, so it truly felt like a great bang for your buck. If you're looking for a place with great vibes, great value, and a creative spin on the classics, definitely check this one out.

Stopped here after doing a little research on Yelp and after reading all of the reviews I knew I had to try it out! The food was amazing!! The chips and salsa is probably top 5 best salsa I've had! My margarita was very tasty! They fill up quick too so I'm glad we arrived early. If you're in the area this is a must try! You won't be disappointed!

Solid Mexican tacos! Stopped by for some beers and tacos, big selection of beers to choose from and cold glasses to go with it. Complimentary chips and salsa as well (salsa is homemade and spicy). Ordered the steak taco and shrimp, the steak has more of a chili taste and I preferred the grilled shrimp. Nice outdoor seating as well

I love the downtown community and the walk ability to this restaurant. They had a happy hour $5 margaritas which was delicious! The food was not my favorite but came out quickly and the waitress was top tier friendly. Is so drinks here but that's about all.

We stopped in for refreshments after biking the trail from Henderson. This is just what we needed. We ate in the outdoor patio dining area. My Paloma was the bomb! Great chips & salsa, good nourishment for the ride home. I would definitely recommend stopping in!!

If you want great service & a really good watermelon martini you must come here! Decided to stop in after visiting antique shops- very glad I did. Aspyn was a great server and got seated outside on this beautiful autumn day. Got chips & salsa right away...then got the watermelon ginger martini... cocktail was Polo Lounge quality! Sooo good!! Tried the shrimp tacos...spicy & very good! Will definitely be coming back here!

Cute restaurant right on the main avenue close to all that's happening in downtown Boulder City. We came in first thing New Years Day and were seated right away. You can seat yourself anywhere you like, there is also bar seating. They make your guacamole right in front of you which is pretty cool! Service is great and so is the food.

The Bartender Dane is the best bartender here at Big T's Cantina he will make you the best drink and whatever you will ask for he will make it and even better then you expect He's the best at all mixing cocktail drinks :)

This is a cute restaurant in BC. Our server was really sweet. The table side guacamole was really good and fresh. Food came out quick but was warm and not hot.

First time here on a busy Saturday night after a wine walk event. The restaurant was welcoming and seating was quick on the patio with our party of four. Overall 3.5 rating from us. Definitely try again. Just room for improvement on rice quality, beans, and hope table side guacamole available next time. The server promptly asked us for our drink order. Also, chips and salsa delivered to the table shortly after we were seated. We got four waters, two beers, and one margarita before the food and it was quick. For dinner, we had Tony's Burrito 3.5-4 rating; Swordfish Tacos 3 rating; Trout 4 rating; and a veggie dish 4.5. The food came out very fast. We all enjoyed our meals. Friendly service. Cute place. Lovely outdoor patio. Reasonable prices. $112 for 4 excluding tip. Brought enough food home for another meal.

There are about 3 small tables outside and about 5-6 tables inside. Each one can sit only about 2-3 people, so unless you are picking up to go, this won't work for a large group. The decor was fun and colorful. The kitchen area had a lot of open/extra space so I'm guessing this was a bakery before and the new owners didn't remodel much to keep the cost to open down. They could probably get another 4+ tables in here if they did. Not a negative, just an observation. The menu was filled with interesting stuff. We landed on 3 very different things. There was a sweet potato bowl on the menu that looked tasty, and while reviewing the menu I watched one get delivered to a table and it looked delicious and it was ENORMOUS! I wasn't sure I wanted to each that much so I went with a chicken wrap, my wife ordered a pizza, and my sister in law ordered a "small" salad. We decided to sit outside and they brought us our food and a sample of the soup of the day as a complementary treat (or it was included with our orders, not 100% sure) the soup was a ham/lentil/bacon recipe and it was delicious. My wrap was pretty tasty too, it could have used something to add crunch, maybe wonton strips or something like that. The flavor was great though. My wife's pizza was a bit too cheesy and slightly undercooked, but it was still tasty. If we ordered that again I'd probably ask they cooked it a couple minutes longer. The "small" salad was HUGE! I can't imagine what the large is like and I can't believe the price for what you get there. It looked amazing and fresh. My sister in law said it was very good. Overall I do think they have a couple things to work on but I loved the experience and I would come again if I was in the area. It was an incredible value for the quality of the food and that's why I'm still giving them 5 stars. For about $35 it was an absolute steal for 3 people.
