They got the new tires mounted and balanced in 40 minutes. Unfortunately they overtightened my lug nuts by a lot, probably 150-200 ft lbs, so hopefully the studs don't snap before I replace them. They also scratched my wheels but they were already kinda rough. The estimate online was $25 each but they charged $30 each, not a big deal.

1 Star - Disgusting Experience…read more I am absolutely furious over how Honest-1 treated my elderly parents. Just weeks before this, their car was in this shop for a full checkup. Suddenly, when a warning light came on, Honest-1 claimed the transmission was failing and quoted them OVER $8,000 for a manufactured or new transmission -- using fear, urgency, and worst-case language to push the repair. That alone is alarming. What's worse? We took the car to Honda for a second opinion, and Honda's master technician thoroughly inspected EVERYTHING. The verdict: The transmission is NOT failing No rebuild. No replacement. No catastrophic damage. The real issue was a stuck A-line pressure solenoid valve, a relatively minor repair. Honda fixed the actual problem, replaced fluids, ran full diagnostics, and the total cost was UNDER $1,000. So let me be very clear: After a recent "full checkup," Honest-1 either completely misdiagnosed the vehicle or grossly exaggerated the issue and attempted to sell my elderly parents an $8,000+ repair they absolutely did not need. In my opinion, this was predatory. Targeting seniors with scare tactics and inflated diagnoses is unacceptable. We will never return. We didn't argue. We didn't debate. We simply took the keys and left -- and that should speak volumes. If you have elderly parents or anyone vulnerable in your life, DO NOT trust this shop without getting a second opinion. Integrity matters, and Honest-1 showed us they have none.

And, third: (see above) my wife's care was more important because of the mileage from Murfreesboro to Nashville so all I had on me was $15 thinking it was an easy fix. My Mustang's tire had a screw in the treads and I brought it to them the next day. They came out and checked the wheel, popped out the screw and said it never penetrated the tire - it was a small screw with a big head. They told me "thank you" and that I owed them nothing. I tried to slip them a $20 and was told "no" twice when I affirmed their answer. This is my go-to place for tire issues.

I have reviewed them elsewhere as well.... Brought my car for vibrations. I had previously did all…read moremy motor mounts with them earlier. Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty... This has been my experience and mine alone....Good luck!!!!
